This very modern stoned house is looking some kind of refreshing sight. Its useful and comfortable to take a good timeout there. This object is very bright and friendly focussed villa. This house has some great effects in there where i could imagine to have a good time in such a house. The nice cooking place, the many sitting options, to sit on different places in the house,is a very luxury part of that. To have a great watch over the garden is essential to feel it very good your own style. Vancouver seems predistinated for modern stoned houses with great effects. That is looking positiv like a real Masterpiece! Thanks for showing it to us.
Nice. Maybe a touch cold, stark, clinical, and impersonal. Maybe needed more rugs, soft furnishing to warm it up more. The floors looked so cold. Overall a nice looking place. I would offer 1.6 Million for it. But would need to see the car parking situation. Would also like to have seen a sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool quite small but it is fine.
Should have shown the garage! Description says collector car garage. How many cars? Most in the British Properties only have two to four car garages. Believe it or not that's not enough for me.

Its a pretty property, BUT the rooms are smaller than my actual bedroom. For all that "land" and free/open space, i prefear got a roof not to high but enough space in room, closets rooms and bathroom. Just first floor is "open", second feels a bit claustrophobic... sorry!
It's a great house but am I the only one wanting to see hardwood floors in these modern houses? Don't they look too sterile and cold with stone floors and LED lighting? I natural tones of the hardwood flooring would soften this a bit.. besides not like Vancouver is tropical for these floors to make sense

It makes me feel youre not professional about your listings when you all cheap out on buying or recording the music for these videos. Love the house though. made of dreams.

Love the design, not a fan of the location of the staircase, lose a lot of heat that way.
