15 marca 2020 przy peronie nieużywanego w regularnym ruchu pasażerskim przystanku osobowego Kraków Nowa Huta zatrzymał się pierwszy od 1999 roku pociąg osobowy. Peron przedtem został wyremontowany, wycięto drzewa i roślinność z jego okolicy oraz dostosowano również w ten sam sposób również nieczynny do tej pory przystanek Kraków Lubocza. Część kursów w stronę i od strony Tarnowa przekierowano właśnie tędy, by pilotażowo ocenić potoki podróżnych i dostosować rozkłady pod ruch pasażerów. Niestety wybuch pandemii koronowirusa nie wpłynie na miarodajną ocenę opłacalności przewozów w tych miejscach, miejmy nadzieję mimo wszystko, że inicjatywa jak i pasażerskie połączenia w tej części miasta się utrzymają. Oprócz newagowskich Impulsów EN79-004 i EN79-003 Kolei Małopolskich, obsługujących nowe przystanki, na filmie załapały się również ET41-170, EU07-302, SM42-113, 6Dg-176 oraz praca nowohuckiej stacji rozrządowej. Dodatkowo powietrzne ujęcia wpisanego w rejestr zabytków "idealnie socjalistycznego" nowohuckiego Parku Centralnego im. Ronalda Reagana, huty ArcelorMittal (dawniej im. T. Sendzimira i im. Lenina) oraz samego przystanku Kraków Nowa Huta przy industrialnych muzycznych klimatach. Ujęcia nagrano 15-18.03.2020 roku. Pozdrowienia dla mechaników! :)
On 15th March 2020 the first passenger train since year 1999 has stopped at newly-renovated Krakow Nowa Huta railway stop. It was modernised, having been cleaned off the nearby greenery before, along with Krakow Lubocza stop which has also been revived, too. Some of the passenger services from and towards Tarnow direction has been rerouted there to evaluate the number of passengers interested and adjust the timetable. Unfortunately the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic will surely hamper the reliability of such assessments, nevertheless let's hope that this initiative and passenger services there will be held in the future. Aside from Newag's manufactured EN79-004 and EN79-003 arriving at new stops ET41-170, EU07-302, SM42-113, 6Dg-176 and operation of Krakow Nowa Huta marshalling yard have been captured on the movie as well. In addition, some aerial shots of 'ideally socialist' built Nowa Huta district with Plac Centralny (Central Square), ArcelorMittal Steelworks (formerly T. Sendzimir and Lenin Steelworks) and new railway stop itself have been captured on the movie with some industrial music vibes as well. Clips taken on 15th-18th March 2020.

Those trains are headed towards Tarnow and then Krynica. This is how those stations looked like jsut several years ago:

Kogo właściwie wozi ten skład oprócz powietrza, bo pasażerów jakoś szczególnie dużo nie zaobserwowałem?
Pasażerów nie ma dużo z wiadomego powodu - z tego samego, dla którego opustoszały ulice, autobusy, tramwaje... Te kursy z filmu jeździły wcześniej, nie były wprowadzone specjalnie pod Nową Hutę i Lubocza, kursują objazdem w porównaniu do dawnej edycji, szkoda jedynie, że właśnie przez epidemię nie będzie wiadomo, ilu ludzi skorzysta/łoby z nowych przystanków.
