Anxiety tip that helped me: talking to myself every so often in a very calm and loving way like talking to a child and just being like hey i know this is not fun but i love you and we got this. Also a quote: “I am the rock against which the surf crashes” meaning that i am stronger than anything and i can endure all. Also also seeing anxiety as a like guard dog that just gets really confused, its just a little dog doing his best to take care of me you know let me go talk nicely to the dog and pat his head give him some love u know and try to calm him down. Thats a lot but all these things have really helped me.
