Sorry Edwin, the enemies are not only who dictates the rules those who follow them are even more. The rules just exist when there are followers executing and bringing them to life. If you have been benefiting from all these corrupt rules, creating these ponzy schemes, you are part of the problem. Australia will go down the corrupt systems, including the big property ponzi, which will also go down. Just look around how the whole world is fukd. Everyone who has benefited from these corrupt rules all these years will have a massive payback. I hope they have the skills and are street smart enough to survive in an 3rd world economy...most have no idea.

It was a good discussion today, thanks. Regarding the unrest in the UK, I sense unfortunately that we have crossed a threshold, and we will see more of this unrest 😢 You rightly mentioned previously the consequences of political decisions could ultimately lead to social unrest
Inflation will continue to be a constant period. Governments around the world will revert to PRINTING $$$$$$$$$$$...its all about liquidity and NO Government is prepared to look like a failure. Scary times ahead
Important to understand that 4% of 100= 4 whilst 3.8% of 104 = 3.85. Lower rate applied to massively high prices is STILL significant to stretched budgets. Prepare for current reality to only get worse. Likely most goods and services will continue to inflate for the foreseeable future. Be prepared🤔🤔🤔🤔

Builder's take the risk, hold all costs through each build, are shunned by major banks and hear excuses every day from staff having day's off.
And that would be the tip of the issues.
The good ones don't take the risk. As soon as a stage is complete the invoice is sent, as the homeowner you have 7 days to pay that invoice. Then they have 30, 60 or 90 day terms to pay their contractors. They are mostly paid before they need to pay their subbies, suppliers and staff.

so you found termite damage, fixed the damage, then lean on the precautionary principle for "oh what if" to criticize? what if it was done properly and the damage is repaired?
Done properly for a quick sale? You know it wasn't. You commentary shows that you have no idea what is going on. Back to the ABC for you... back to sleep.
A good tip is get a pest controller to do the termite inspection not a builder as the pest controller want to find termite so they can get the job fixing it. I've done termite inspection for past 14 year and been band for many times with real estate agencies a number of them 2 or 3 times same agencies over the years but when a agent buys a property they get me. When the buyer call me I ask why they call me they say the agents voice drop when they ask if they can use me
