Ok Thanks
I have same printer.
New printer.
But i dont have network options in menu. Also when i plug network cable in printer its not working.
Maybe network nic is damaged.
First please check your network cable if it's ok then I think the problem is with printer LAN. You should also check your Switch ports or Router LAN ports, sometimes it's happened on ports.
thanks darling..............
nice boss
How to find out static IP address?
If you connect your printer to wifi router then you should get static IP from your wifi router, for example, log in to your wifi router and then click on DHCP if you see the IP address show up 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.254 so you can use 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.99 as a static IP. I hope you understand thank you.

@@HintBD the printer in question was in use yesterday when it suddenly stopped working. it is laser jet pro M404dn printer. i thought it was the cable the WAS FAULTY AND I CHANGED THEN ALL BUT STILL DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS NOT CONNECTING . I USED THE USB PORT AND THE PRINTER ACTUALLY PRINTED. . THE PRINTER SERVES 10 PEOPLE THAT IS WHY IT WAS CONNECTED TO THE SWITCH.the same port that is not working for the printer is are working for some other things.he light behind the printer are not even coming up when the network cable is plug into it. I cant see network settings and web settings on the printer again

@@niyyaitadministrator9663 What IP is (IP should be Static not DHCP) showing on the printer display?
If printer doesn't show any IP then you restart your router and switch.
If it still printer doesn't show any IP
2nd you can reset your printer from the printer display button.
If it still doesn't work,
Then I think this is a printer LAN card problem.
