So I started snowboarding which change my life now I think about it every day and it’s my favorite sport. What an epic day. It’s rare enough to get these kinds of days even when you live in a ski town. To have that big of a group of friends together on a powder day and film that incredible feeling of stoke is really what we call “living the dream”. Thank you.

They need to add gyroscopes to go pros and invent headphones that stimulate the vestibular system so you feel when they're looking down. That way it would look and feel steep.
You have to try it! I started this year and I was worried I wouldn’t improve and just give up but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I immediately started to pick it up and have gone maybe a total of 10 times and already can turn from toe toe heel and glide pretty fast. It’s exhilarating
My favorite part of this whole video is how as soon as that guy mentioned being nervous about dropping into the elevator shaft, everyone was like "hey no pressure man" because there's a lot of pressure with all those people staring at you and if you've been thinking about this one run all season, you know the best time for a run like that is on fresh snow. True friends will say "I know you've got the skills but if you're nervous and you don't want to, that's fine too". And thanks for wearing helmets. Nick m Heck yeah dude! Thanks for watching man. Make sure you’re subbed so you don’t miss a minute of the upcoming season. It’s gonna be epic. See you at the bird!
I'm a skier, only because I'd bust my ass on a snowboard, and I simply don't want to learn by falling over and over again when I already know how to shred the mountain on my skis. A lift ticket costs way too much to spend all day picking myself up off the side of the mountain. Haha. Snowboarding wasn't really a thing when I learned how to ski, but it certainly looks fun.
Snowbird always delivers! It’s such a magical place. Great video. I’m stuck here in Ohio. You made me feel like I was there. I’ve got some great memories there! Thanks!

Thanks, dude! I’m 38 tho! Get back out there!!
I used to ski purgatory. There was a beautiful tall woman with absolutely perfect posture. She must have been a model in her younger years. She was 80 and I thought that's how I want to be when I'm 80.
I'm so happy to have these memories! So many incredible moments already! Times like these will stay with me forever. I'm Incredibly grateful to live this life and to be able to help share these moments with all of you! Hopefully I heal really fast so we can get right back at it.
Yeeew! Yeah buddy. Rest up. There's plenty of time. MVP
AAAHHHH I can't wait to ski, haven't been able to ski in almost 2 years because of covid and I miss it so much, planning to go in February so really excited for this feeling
Oh man, this hit me right in the feels. Love the atmosphere, amazing snow, fun times with friends. Amazing!
Thank you! That’s exactly what the day felt like. Sub for more!
One of the most awesome videos of people being beautiful people connected to the earth. Peace out brother.
Love it!! Thanks bro!
This is so sick. First snowboarding video ever that made me shed a tear, I think it's the music. Picked up my Snowbird season pass yesterday!!!!
Nick m Heck yeah dude! Thanks for watching man. Make sure you’re subbed so you don’t miss a minute of the upcoming season. It’s gonna be epic. See you at the bird!
I'm a big skier, I do not mind snowboarders at all. We are all out there for one purpose and that is to enjoy powder
Amen bro!!
Thanks!
deenobrown1 Thanks dude! It really is magical. Thanks for watching!
PNS ?
i wouldnt say always. sometimes its horrible and unridable
Your videos are super high quality for not even 10.000 subscribers keep up the incredible work man the subs will come!!!!
Thank you Bane! Appreciate it!
Great positivity within the group. Glad to see support i.e. "You don't have to do it, no pressure man" is genuine and show they are here for the fun!
💯
Wow, it's nice to see your not a bunch of crazy ass pros, just a couple of normal people enjoying the good mountain and fresh pow like the rest of us
Just trying to share our passion.
My kids and I couldn’t stop watching you guys ride, they were so disappointed when the video was over. Getting my son amped for our next ride
Nice! Well I got plenty more videos like this one. Start with the one linked in the description. It’s even better IMO. Thanks for watching!! 🤙
Epic day! Arthritis has taken snowboarding away from me but I can re-live it watching you guys! Thanks!!!
Any time man! I’ll keep strapping in as long as I can.
Can still ski maybe? I had to give up snowboarding but skiing still works, for now
Great B roll. Great execution while filming the follow shots. The snow blinding your shots gives a great action effect. Overall an awesome video. Well deserving of more views. Good job.
Thanks Todd! 🙌 Just one of many you’ll see here on the channel.
yo dog, i went back and watched your journey.im moving to SLC this winter.. taking the big jump to chase my love of snowboarding, rock climbing, and mountain biking. You've not been uploading as much. i know its been a crazy year, but keep grinding man. keep the dream alive.
Just started snowboarding this year at 21 years old. This is my first video of yours that I've seen. I have to watch more! The choice of music and the connection you all have to each other and the sport makes me want to watch this all day long. The season just ended here on the East Coast so I think I'll have plenty of time to binge your content haha.
Thanks Alec! Welcome to the fam! I’m from the east (originally) so I know your pain! There’s definitely plenty to catch up on! Yeeew! 🤙
Hey bro I'm 22 and also just started! I'm already in love!
Just straight lined elevator for the first time myself last week and it is no joke. Props to him for doing it on a board! Great vlog per usual! Keep it up!
Yewww! Thank you bro! This guy gets it. 👍 Hahaha. I did it the following week. Check out the next vid if you didn't already.
Brings back a lot of great memories for me. I skied some of those runs with a great friend of mine over 20 years ago, before fat skis!
Nothing like listening to this amazing music over this amazing footage of such amazing beings on a calm cloudy day.
Seeing this video gave me goosebumps. The music, and flow of the video is the exact reason I fell in love with boarding so many years ago. Good upload my man 🤙🤙
Thank you bro!! Just a typical upload for me but I try to make each one better than the last one. 🙏 Much appreciated!!
It’s 2:00am and I’m already up to go to Copper Mountain today and it snowed up there last night and will be clear conditions by 8:00am.
Just here getting psyched up.
Rode those chutes a lot back in the day. Lots of friends worked the Bird over the year so buddy passes were abundant. Really fun, but always wanted to be first down cause 2nd or 3rd you always got the exposed rocks. Always a good time. Good vid, brings back memories.
For sure!! After we hit it, it was done till the next storm. 💯
man these videos are sick why do you only have 9.87k give this guy some more subs. his videos truly capture wat riding on the mountain is all about
Thank you! YT’s algorithm is tough to break through, but we’re getting there.
@@BoredProgression well wish ya the best luck but you definitely just gained a sub
What a great recap of an epic day. You're the man, Dan! Can't wait to shred again!!!!
Yeeeew! Thanks bud. I can't wait either! You killed it.

I've gone down this. You feel so good after.
It’s Euphoric! Watch “Taking the Gnarliest Drop-in Further” for my reaction hitting it.
Plz tell me you have a video for proof, right?
@@thethreebros4210 nope. I don’t wear a cam
i went down it and felt good after too, from all the pain meds in the hospital
@@jakeheicklen3928 THATs sUS
I can feel the fun that you felt while riding, right here in front of the screen. This video is just amazing to watch. Thank's for this.
Thank you for watching!
First view, directly subscribed because i want to see more.
This is heaven on earth
Facts. Just wait till the next storm day.
Shore is
Been a while since I've watched an entire ski/snowboard video. Cool, positive crew. Thanks for bringing us along.
Thank you! Got tons more even better than this, to be honest. Thank you for checking this one out.
Dude this is what I love about the mountain. I don’t care if you ski or snowboard it’s just this. It’s being up there, regardless of skill or anything. It becomes an obsession the moment you pick one and you really get into it. These guys rock.
Thanks mate!
Closest thing to flying without wings is skiing the deep POW! Snowbird is a special place for sure. Happy for you guys to hit it on such an epic day. Great job on the Elevator Shaft line.
Thanks mate! Agreed! 💯%
Exactly...Pow for sure...but at the moment I'd take dust on crust just to be on a vertical surrounded by Green Trees and a vast White landscape...CAN'T WAIT!
Planning on going for the first week of February for the first time and after watching this I cannot wait 😃
Stoked for you bud!! 🤙 Have a great time!
The whole video is absolutely amazing but it’s the music when y’all are sharing some of the best moments together just shredding that makes the video
Love this - - perfectly captures the energy of a powder day with your mates!
Actually, when you are fortunate enough to be the first into the shaft after a dump, it’s just like floating down the stairs on a cloud. Back in ‘84 over Christmas, was fortunate to do it three days in a row.
Love the edit. Love the way you guys are no pressure having an f’ing blast. Just stoked on the day. First half had some awesome first tracks, lots of good trees. I can tell you know your mountain. Been a few years for me, but I moved back near the mountains (Spokane) and I’m getting back in shape. Got a Rome Blur on the way so I can charge and slash and explore. Lots of little spots around here and I’m 2 hours from a Canadian resort. Just love watching this, inspiring.
Thanks dude. Stoked for you!!
12 days till Fernie Opens!!!
@@c-noclark8153 Wow really...OMG the big verticals...I'm back East in Ontario (Searchmont Valley Ski Resort) and my hill will be open soon, I know it's not MOUNTAINS but it delivers some really good trees and FAST runs! I love speed and glide a lot!
Once in a lifetime powder. So beautiful
Just caught your Vid! Epic!!! Ari gets the IRONMAN MVP! Footy was on point as well! But Most of All I appreciate the Stoke and the Love I felt while watching this! You and Your KREW are both Blessed and a Blessing!
🙏🏿✌🏿
Yeeew!! Thanks bro! Amazing words! God bless you too. Thanks for watching. You should check out Taking Gnarliest Drop-in Further! Ari goes even bigger and I hit Elevator. 🙌 So stoked this elevated you!!
Love you guys! Riding at 61. Stay as cool as you all are.
Awesome! Thanks man! Will do
Best snow vlog watched all year, love the positive energy

Wow! You’re very welcome! The sun ☀️ will shine tomorrow! God bless! 🙏
I love snowboarding and these videos always put tears of joy in my eyes. Unfortunately I can’t do it every season because of family financial problems…
It’s not cheap!
Good times! Great video guys!
Dude. The ONLY thing I can tell you. Is GET E-V-E-R-Y Single moment of enjoyment you can. You will cherish these memories long into your later years. THIS has taken me RIGHT BACK to my time as a LIFTY there myself. '07-'09 Best fekking job I EVER HAD!!! I'd kill to be able to get back there someday. Spent MANY a day at P-Dog(Peruvian),Wilber, Mid-Gad and Gadzoom!! Seen many major snowdays with the mazes CHOCK FULL of fresh faces just like yours!! Even got to spend the night once in the Peruvian Bottom shack. Slept right there on that couch(if it even there still) For a MAJOR Storm over night...they had to come dig me out in the AM!! The energy you and your friends are bringing....trust me...we feel it. Having an entire maze with ALL eyes on you as you drop the rope and load first chair!! THANK YOU for this amazing trip back in time...And if you learn of anyone in Mtn.Ops from back in my years...Tell them "Kool-Aid" said OHH YEAAAAHH!!!!
Hell yeah. Not sure if the couch is still there, but I know a few of the mountain opps old heads. I bet you knew Moresee. I’ll tell him and Pappas you said what’s up.
@@BoredProgression Those names do not ring a bell, sadly. Then again I live in a legal weed State now, so who knows? Is quite possible. I remember my direct Super was Robert(bob) something. and the top guy in lifts was good size Hawaiian guy that had surfing posters up all over the office under the Tram Lower station. Cant recall his name tho, bummer. And Matai. Kept calling
Mai-Tai and it pissed him off... I doubt anyone will remember me either...I was just a lifty GRUNT always willing to work more hours if needed. Went up on my days off and frequently got asked to help out on a lift or check tix( back before those fancy cattle gates)
This is such an awesome video it seemed so nostalgic and fun. I’ve 4 days till I get to snowboard for the first time and this just made me even more stoked about it
Thanks bro! Have fun! It’s the best!! 🤙
Went there w fam back in the 90's wow great memories! TY all for all your Hard Work! Beautiful video TY so much!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. Lots more content like it here on Bored Progression.
Nice intro!!! clicked for the drop, stayed for the edit.
Awesome! That was my goal! Thanks for watching! 🙌
Watching this made me SO happy- Regular riders, floating through the powder with joy on your face, nothing better.
Thanks mate. Check out my other videos if you liked this one.
Man, I miss the bird so much. March 14, 2020 wasn’t supposed to be the last ski day of the year in my head. Luckily I got 30 days in, but still... should have had at least 15 more. This is probably one of my favorite edits on BP. Kudos.
Thanks, I love this one too, Todd. Yeah it was very unexpected, especially since last year the bird went to July 4th! You were fortunate to get 30 days at least. Covid could have hit us in December or January! Let’s pray 🙏 next season goes better!
Wow those conditions were amazing, Great video!
Best camera man!!!
Great video. I'm heading there next week. All those nice tree runs @ 8:15 you guys do are off of what lift? 8
I bet that's black forest or Gadzooks around the Gad 2 lift
Thanks! Hope you have an awesome time! Off Gadzoom, rider’s left of lift line at the top.
it's the trees you pass thorough at the top of gadzoom right before you get off the lift
Shout out to fellow Utah UA-camrs! Love the board footage! Keep it up
🙌🙌🙌 heck yeah. Thanks dude!! Lots more to come!
I’ve been snowboarding for about 3 days now. I’m an extreme beginner but I’m going here next week. Can’t wait!
Stoked for you dude! Next week is looking good! ❄️❄️❄️
