Yeah, I won my first draft mainly through getting 2 moose and a decent curve. Flashing in the moose to destroy an opponents quaketusk boar felt so good (and equally terrible for them).
The color is weak enough that even the solid cards didn't seem worth recommending highly because they get a bit torpedoed by the low power of the cards around them.
I'm gonna be drafting mono blue tonight because everyone is gonna be fighting over all the green white cards and I'll be able to pick all the great blue ones without competition.
I was lucky enough to get THREE copies of bushy bodyguard at my prerelease and hoo boy was it good for my squirrels deck. I didn’t really have any top end creatures except for wick’s patrol (which is expensive and not as impactful as many others in the format), so they really carried me through.
I’d throw shoreline looter in there to show blue a little love. The more of them you have the better. With three out and threshold online it’s 3+ free cards per turn which basically means you win.
I love having these videos on the side while I work, but I would like to request that you publish these for portrait mode phones. The cards themselves are portraits and the video is mostly just the card onscreen with your commentary. I'd like to see the card fit my phone when I full screen it
