It's (finally) coming to streaming! On December 6th, 2024, find The Lions of Ivalice: Tactics Remastered+ Volume 1 and Volume 2 on major steaming platforms! With wonderful new cover art by artist Gobli Prin (gobli_prin on Instagram) Due to distributor limitations, it'll be in 2 volumes (as in, 2 separate albums), split where the two discs are split on the original soundtrack. I'm very happy to be putting this out, but that's not all that's being cooked up. More to come next year! Thanks for listening, everyone!
Still love it was listening to this theme that made me think of the best twist for my Hardcover mod. Ajora fuses the Ultima Demons together into a clone of the Nice Body and Altima doesn't go skeletal (because of programming reasons, unfortunately) but Alma gets pissed off enough to use the Virgo stone to use its power to power up into a Seraphim. (A blue Esper Terra spritesheet) A hyper-powered form to deal with the tag-team cause otherwise... it'd hurt! xD
From the moment I heard Run Past Through the Plain, which was my first contact with your work, I knew you would something amazing out of Ultima, and you did not dissapoint. This went beyond my expectation and I do not know what to expect from the Perfect Body other than chills as intense as this. Seriously, if Square ever remakes this game, I hope they hire you for your re-composition of its OST.
Of course I'd be happy to work on anything from Square, but first-things-first, I'd just love them to do a new Tactics release regardless of whether I was involved or not haha. Maybe I can present these as my resume
This is pretty epic, I have to say. This theme always fascinated me because the strings section splitting into chords always reminded me of Trisection, and then Delita's motif is thrown in there too, even though the resurrection of Ultima was more a byproduct of Delita's actions than his actual goal. Amazing work, I'm really looking forward to seeing how you handle the Perfect Body theme.
Easily one of the most stressful battles in the game after Velius. Goddamn I hated that fight. The problem with her is that if you bring Beowulf, this is a quick fight. Drain sword a couple times.
Hey man! Not sure if you have anything else in the works already but would you consider doing Legend of Zelda Twilight princess? Specifically King Bulblin battle. Ive always loved it but there are snall things off about it that make it where I cant use it in a DND game

This piece is one of my favorites. I like playing it on the drive to work.
3:17 sends chills down my spine
*_"YOU ARE BUT BLOOD TO STAIN THE CIRCLE!!"_*
My friends, we have finally made it. NOW BRING IT YOU ANGELIC WITCH!
HE DID IT, THE MADMAN DID IT
I just discovered your work today, searching for my all-time favorite OST. These remasters are phenomenal, thanks for sharing your hard work with us!
Welcome to the channel! This is good timing as you won't have to wait much longer to have the whole soundtrack to listen to :)

Fantastic! I've been waiting a while to see these, and this one sounds great! Can't wait to hear the phase 2.
Wow I posted this like five seconds ago, that's a fast comment haha! Thanks for listening :)
As a fan of FFT since childhood your remasters almost bring a tear to my eyes. They're incredibly epic

This is the one I wanted to hear above everything else
It's Hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
You did so amazing well with this. The trumpets really sell this along with the violins
My routine is now came here and listen at leats some musics from Jacob.... Fantastic work. Sinceraly, thank you man for your songs.
My favorite of the Tactics songs--along with Trisection. What a great song, and an amazing rendition.

Perfect body is next up! Thanks for listening as always!
These are highly underrated.
This is awesome! Great job!
This is likely my favorite song in FFT, and this remaster just doubled that 😁
I was waiting for this!!
アレンジ! めっちゃ嬉しい!
ありがとう!
Yeeeeeeeesss!!!
Nailed it.
Did you use Sakimoto's current day instruments? E.g, are those trumpets Miroslav?
If so, tell mere where you got those toms/hard slaps?
Love it!!!!!
YES!
Love it!

Yeah there are a lot of broken strategies to make things easier on yourself, part of the fun of it imo
原作に忠実でいいね!(=nice)
Have you considered doing one winged angel from ff7? Would be amazing
The nice body always sounded funny to me
I 100% agree but that's the title that I think most people would recognize haha! So I went with it
Uhhh, where's the bell that was at the beginning on the original?
It would've been so much cooler if SE had done something like this with the track in Return to Ivalice instead of just using the original.
Yeah would've been cool to bring back Sakimoto to give it the same treatment that FFXII got for Zodiac Age

I'm not much of a Zelda fan, tbh. Maybe though, I have a few plans for things I'd like to tackle post-FFT, but we'll see.
@@JacobShrum hey, thanks for the consideration if anything! You produce really good stuff, so I'm fine if you don't arrange this one song
Got more of that ff12 vibe to it.
原曲を超えたんじゃねぇか?これ。
I'm a fan of your work, but I don't feel this is... strong.. enough. The drum could be more intense maybe.
