They need to look at the Universal Express pass. That is a worthwhile fast pass system. This Genie thing looks like you have to spend all your time with your face in your phone booking rides all day instead of enjoying your visit.
premium access in Disney Paris 90 euro You can enter all raids. Without all this headache
@@rayansaudi8459 Been to Disney Paris. Once was enough.
Thank you for keeping it under 15 minutes
Thanks - super helpful 😊
Thank you so much! This was super helpful!
Thanks, David. Helpful. A view of the app in action would really help.
Very helpful!
Love your content
Glad to hear it!
Great video. Visiting the park this week and using Genie+. 1 thing that I haven’t seen addressed is if you miss your time. Let’s say I’m 10 minutes late from the window they give. Can I still use my reservation or is that time lost?
Glad you liked the video! Usually it’s 15 minutes after the time has passed but that’s not guaranteed. Cast Members could refuse if it’s after your time, especially if the line is backed up.
I rather they raise the price to $50-100 & your able to book all the ride like DAS. Having to look at your phone & stress about being able to use the genie+ correctly makes Disney less “magical” & makes your vacation less fun :/
Great video, thanks for posting!! Also, I mean this with a lot sincerity but you do look a lot like Alberto from Luca!! If DL ever needs an Alberto, you're the one for sure!! 🙂Ciao!!
Hi David! 🌺 Do I need to get genie+ if I can get DAS? Great video! Thanks!
Hi! DAS is separate and does not require Disney Genie+. Some get both though!
If I leave the park during the day, can I book rides back at my non-property hotel? Or do I have to be in the park to do it?
Yes, you can. You just need to have scanned into a park that day and purchase Genie+. If you’ve already purchased, you still need to scan into the park. But you can manage from anywhere the rest of the day
What is DAS? Thanks for your video!
Glad you like the video! It stands for Disability Access Service. If you search that phrase in the Disneyland app, you’ll see a longer description of what it’s for
Sorry for the question, this is a little confusing, so will one genie + cover me and my spouse? Or would she have to get one too?
That’s a good question! So it’s per person, she would have to get one, too
@@DavidVaughn Oh okay, thank you for the clarification!
I have a bonehead question lol. do they just scan a barcode from your phone prior to entering the line? or do receive the wrist watch thingy once entering the park? how do o get the band
There are scanners at the entrances to the Lightning Lanes. If you want a MagicBand+, you can purchase one before you come on the DisneyStore or just buy one inside the parks. But it is an optional item
wait so I can only book 1 particular attraction then wait 2 hours later if were to want to book that same attraction again? Also am i able to book a lightining lane, use it. then book another lighting lane (but a different attraction)
With Disney Genie+, once you redeem a Lightning Lane reservation, you can book another for a different attraction. But you can’t book the same attraction twice in the same day. The “2 hour rule” is only if you can’t use your booked LL for more than 2 hours out. But still would need to book a different attraction.
@@DavidVaughn oh okay thanks for the info
If I book a LL at 9am with a return time of 1pm, then at 11am I book another LL that has a return time of 12 midday, can I book another LL as soon as I scan into the 12 midday attraction? I know WDW is the 2 hour rule OR your most RECENT booked attraction. Wondering if DL and DCA are the same?
@@stubbsy9200yes I believe it is, provast park posted one a couple days ago explaining this(:
too confusing ..guess they ought to make it this way with all the crowd they get regardless..
