Bigfoot the Limits

  • Limits are clearly established between the bigfoot/creatures and the Robinsons after finding, 16” footprints, trail camera image, wood structures, and strong howls stretching over a thirty-year span.
Steve and Sharon Robinson have meticulously documented their unbelievable experience with these creatures. Old Quiver, the dominate one, built a tree fence showing the Robinsons a line they should never cross.

Thank you, Linda (and Rick) for compiling this video from the mass of information we provided, all the odd comments when the cameras weren't running, and the very excellent use of the photographs and recordings we provided to you. You might consider posting several of those recordings... or shortened segments of them... for viewers to listen to, puzzle over, and possibly offer helpful insights. Maybe someone might hear something that I missed. I have some hearing loss due to military audio trauma, so I used high quality earphones for working with those recordings, but even then, there is a chance that I missed something important. I know that there's a very pronounced growl on one recording that came from only a few feet away while I was using the recorder on our back deck. That one had me scooting back into the house in a panic and exclaiming "There's something OUT THERE!" It had managed to get right up to the edge of the raised deck flooring without being detected, and when it growled, I just about made a mess of my garments!
One we did NOT record was the night we went out to observe/photograph a lunar eclipse. We'd doused the house lights so that our eyes would adjust to the dark, then quietly slipped out onto the back deck and attempted to film the eclipse with our cell phones and a digital camera. We were being silent, but in moving around for a good angle to see the moon above the eastern trees, one of us kicked the leg of a metal deck chair, resulting in a harsh scraping noise. This was instantly answered by a very deep, resonant GROWL from about 20 feet away... in the sunken veggie garden area below the deck. It was really LOUD, and both of us were hit with a feeling of real panic! We now suspect we were hit with a blast of infrasound that pegged our fear meters and sent us scuttling back inside as quickly as we could move. We've heard such sounds on other occasions, and there's no mistaking them for anything else.
Linda, you created a very viewable and understandable video from the tangle we provided... and it made us look far more scientific, and far better overall, than we had ever expected. Up to this point we'd been involved in 3 national TV shows and 1 local TV "spot", and all of them did a much poorer job of representing our efforts to maintain a scientific and methodical observation over time, to record data faithfully, and to contribute in general to the collective knowledge base on these amazing forest folk. It is our belief that the more real, accurate information that can be disseminated regarding these beings, the better we'd all be at living congenially with them as neighbors on the green ball in space. Our goal is to support that potential outcome, add to the collective knowledge, and to be the best "neighbors" we can be with these remarkable, hairy woodland folk. With the exception of the very few times that a growl or yelling session has given us concerns, we do not object to them being here with us. We respect their right to share the land with us, we enjoy hearing their vocalizations, and we feel a bit "empty' when they stop calling for awhile. We don't know why they leave from time to time, but so far they've always come back after. When they're gone; when we don't hear them calling in the night, we feel downright lonely!
Thanks again for making us look and sound intelligent and competent.

Thanks so much, Robinsons, for sharing. The film is exceptionally well done. I enjoyed it tremendously.
I wonder if you all have tried talking to "Them". Sounds like the Big Guy was really giving you a dressing down, but when you told him it was over, and not you, it seemed like that's when he went grumbling back home. I'm glad they are still there!
I was able to record howls while camping in Kisatchie Natuonal Forest in Louisiana, and actually was able to get a facial photograph near the Great Smokies in TN. They seem to be incredibly intelligent, and they also seem to be Eveywhere. I camp a lot, and my first experience with hearing them in "conversation" was at Ouchita Lake in AR.
Thanks again for your research and for sharing!

For Linda Cripple Creek... I talk to the often. Haven't gotten an answer yet, though it did seem like Old Quaver understood what I said. I refer to them/him/her as TALLMAN as I understand that is the English term as it was translated from one of the Native American languages. When we hear the howls/calls, I'll step outside, listen for a moment, and then speak my thoughts aloud. I know my mind echoes my thoughts, and it's the best way I know to communicate to those who have the ability to hear what I've said in my mind. As stated elsewhere in my comments/replies, we want to be good, respectful neighbors with the forest folk. We respect them, ask that they respect us, and ask that they not injure our pets or livestock. Thus far, they have not given us grounds to think that they will fail to honor our request, so long as we respect them.
We have both stated aloud that we are willing to share the land with them under that commitment to mutual respect. There's more we've said, but you get the drift.
If we get no obvious response, but our property, pets, and livestock remain unharmed, we must presume that our proposal for mutual respect is acceptable. Dunno what comes next. I know that if I promise something, I'll keep my word... as I'd expect anyone to do with whom I'd reached an agreement. We will keep you posted on any new events.
EDITED to correct spelling and grammar errors.

We have never had any reason to think anything like that is in this area but the peach incident makes me wonder. We have an apple tree and a pear tree. My husband swears some neighbors are doing it but I don't think so. Every year, close to time to pick what we may want from the fairly loaded down trees, he checks them and decides to harvest in the next couple of days. The morning that he goes out to get the fruit, it's all gone. Every apple, every pear. None left on the ground. The trees are a good 18 feet tall and have fruit all the way to the top. But there is never even one piece of fruit left. What animals can do that. There is an occasional bear seen in the area but we haven't seen one. We live on 10 acres of wooded land with a creek that only exists during the "monsoon" season. Thank you for the video. Really enjoying watching it.

Put a trail camera on the tree. It will either deter them or they will find a way to disarm it. Then you know youve got visitors. You may even get a photo which would be a refreshing change with all this alleged activity.

@@sharonrobinson9956 You mentioned the time you heard one hold a note solidly for an 18 count. As a singer myself i get how long that is! As a mom who began teaching my sons when they were mere infants, if I had heard what you heard there I am pretty darn sure that I would have probably started singing the entire Doe, Ray, Me scale song to them on a consistent basis for a couple weeks and then switch to just singing the Doe verses and see if they would reply with the Ray in a tonal of the note or perhaps even an actual vocalization of some of the words maybe! Perhaps you and hubby could do the song as a duet, you begin with Doe and he would follow with Ray and then you do Me and so on and so on! It's worth a shot for sure 'cause ya just never know since you are dealing with intelligent, sentient beings who obviously have a communicative language that they use amongst themselves and at y'all!

@Timmy Shore So... you believe there is reason to NOT believe what I have described?
I have no reason to create any false claim or narrative, and I most certainly do not profit from any of what we have experienced. We didn't ask for any of these experiences, and we certainly have not benefited from any of the national TV broadcasts that have included our descriptive comments. We have absolutely no 'celebrity' status and nothing to gain. We most assuredly did not sit down and concoct this sequence of events to entertain YOU... or anyone else, for that matter! Our principal concern is that people be made aware of these beings... most especially if they are thinking about solo camping in the wild, or allowing their children to 'play in the woods'. Making sure that people are aware of these beings is no different than ensuring they know about feral hogs, bears, bobcats, mountain lions, and snakes which may also be present.
I consider your constant insertion of negative comments and hints/suggestions that my wife or I have offered any false or inaccurate information is a direct insult to us both. Go pester someone else, somewhere else! Your intrusions are completely unwelcome, intrusive, and extremely childish. Find another sandbox for your childish games.

A good point was made about the visitors going in a wide circle around the security camera/light- those devices are indeed effective BF repellent. Anyone wanting to keep them from raiding a garden should use them. I doubt the family means any harm- if they did, the Robinsons would surely know it. A gift left at the broken tree fence line would be a gesture of goodwill- maybe a toy for the bf child or a couple of hair brushes. They don't like being seen or filmed, but they don't seem to mind parabolic dishes used with digital sound recorders.

My last experience I actually seen a juvenile, maybe only 3 foot tall, as I was approaching my parents driveway. It ran into the woods in their front yard. When I got out of the car, and walked towards the house. About 30 yards away where it ran to , I heard rustling, then a super super loud bang. I think the elder knew I seen the small one, and thought I was getting too close, so it tried to warn I was getting too close.

And I saw eyes shining at me off the side of the road I was traveling. And I thought 'well that's weird'--but I guess it's a deer. Even though it was tall, I was a ways off from the 'eye shine'--but it did not move off. Stood there on the side of the road as I passed by it, in my little MG Miget-with ragtop, that really was raggy. At that point I could smell a stench, and realized it was a bigfoot. I passed it with no incident. But will always remember that.

A humans step is generally the same length as the distance between their left and right shoulder. If your shoulders are 28 inches apart, your step from toe of one foot to toe of the other will be about 28 inches apart.
Without taking into consideration knee, hip, and ankle placement, which may be different in sasquatch, if the step is 5 feet, then the animal is probably close to 5 feet wide at the shoulders.

this was a fantastic beautifully articulated account. When you described the structures as 'starbursts' it made me wonder if that is what they relate to, a certain star in the sky that they set the markers by, like a form of navigation if they are migrating through certain areas.

Given the location of that "starburst", we think it might have something to do with a boundary marker or location indicator. It seems to be more than something simple like an "I WAS HERE" graffitti scribble on a wall. It's actually fairly close to the creek at the northern boundary of our property... not too far from the field expedient hunting shelter made from the toppled tree with all the branches from surrounding trees piled atop the foliage of the downed tree. It may or may not be something like "This is Gronk's Deer Hunting Shelter". We honestly don't know. There WERE a couple other clusters of branches stacked between two closely-grown trees, but I never got photos of them before they were either dismantled, or fell apart under natural influences.

Thank you for the excellent video and for telling your story. It was fascinating and engaging. I’m impressed how well you two are able to articulate what was going on, in a clear fashion like many of the other comments have suggested. Are your encounters still happening to this day or was most of it happening in 2011ish?
Have you ever tried looking for them with night vision or infrared goggles or cameras when they are at the edge of your mowed grass? I wonder if they would know if you were using such instruments, and if that would annoy them or not.
Your peach tree cleaning story was very interesting. We have had the same exact thing happen to our plum tree, two different years, but we live in Boise next to the Boise river, and there must be a different explanation for us because I am pretty sure there wouldn’t be a bigfoot here.

You'd be surprised. From all the reports we've heard and read, there really isn't anyplace in the continental USA where they are not found... at least at some point in time. As for night vision... it's clear to me that they can see IR - infrared - light VERY clearly. I don't have any military grade night vision equipment that amplifies ambient light without using an IR illuminator. The calls are ongoing, and fairly regular. We still record all events on the calendar, continuing to build our own personal data collection. We now have a night vision item which amplifies ambient light, but it is low quality, as is our FLIR thermal handheld device. We have these items to watch for HUMAN interlopers, not the hairy folk. We no longer make any efforts to photograph those forest folk, to record their calls, or to capture their images on trail/game cameras. It's our way of demonstrating our 'trust' and commitment to respecting them. We've announced as much - our intentions to no longer do those things - on numerous occasions when hearing their calls... presuming that they will 'get the message' . We are keeping our word on that matter.

We had no control over the film crew agenda or conduct. Nothing was overtly inappropriate, improper, or impolite as far as their civil conduct. I did say something about the director howling, but his response was his explanation that he was avoiding potential audio problems with having his call for "action" tangling up the video. He described the difficulties of separating that audio/visual linkage as time-consuming to resolve. We accepted his explanation despite our reservations.
I sent the film crew an "I told you so" email with the recording of Old Quaver's vocal objections after they left. I did not receive a response.

@@BlacksmithSEAL Appreciate your response. I fully understand, that these people posing as "film crew" caught you off guard. To say that their explanation for howling to simplify media production is highly dubious would be an understatement. There are, well organized groups, (members from all walks of life) highly intent on derailing and sabotaging the BF research because of centuries long held secrets connected to these BF beings. Hopefully, you'll be able to share many more interesting experiences with Sasquatch at your place. Thanks for sharing.

    • @BlacksmithSEAL
      @BlacksmithSEAL Рік тому

@@roblundy1701 The credentials of the film crew were established and solid, and they were most definitely not a group or an organization intent on sabotaging BF research. I honestly believe that the things they did were in accordance with their own procedures, and that they conflicted with the best interests of my wife and myself, and the BF beings in the area only due to their ignorance. That said, they were a "reality TV" crew... and as we have learned (the hard way), there is nothing "real" about broadcast "reality TV". That was the first of 3 national media TV shows filmed, in part or in whole, here on our property, along with an additional 5 minute "local interest" spot filmed by our local FOX TV network.
The main focus of that 1st show was Legends of the Ozarks (for the Travel Channel). It involved cryptids, and Civil War ghosts, and the cryptozoological portion focused on both "MoMo" (the Missouri Monster aka Bigfoot/Sasquatch), and the "Ozark Howler" (purportedly a bear-sized feline with horns, shaggy black fur, terrifying screams, and glowing eyes). That first TV production was in Oct 2011. Ultimately they concluded that the two cryptid subjects were mutually separate creatures - one was an upright biped, one was a quadruped feline - and never attempted any "solution" or "answer". It was effectively a typical Travel Channel piece about a place that viewers might be planning to visit, showcasing points of interest and local stories.
We participated in a 2nd national TV show, also filmed here, in summer/fall 2018, which involved a totally different production company (for the History Channel). Their focus, too, was on the "Ozark Howler". We gave it our best efforts to convey the "true" history of the origins of the legend of the Ozark Howler - evolving from the national beliefs related to the supernatural from Ireland (the "Banshee"), and the England/Scotland (the "Black Dog" or "Doom Dog" or "Grim Dog"), and brought here by the first white settlers in the area; the Scots/Irish. We did our very best to convey the notion that the extreme physical stature, the glowing eyes, and the ability to THROW things (requires hands with marginally opposable thumbs) made it all but certain that the "Ozark Howler" was nothing other than our local Sasquatch/Bigfoot. A dark "something" with glowing eyes and a terrifying scream, running on all fours in the night, or in the dark twilight of the forest might be mistaken for a 'very large feline of some sort'... but when that same dark "something" stands up with glowing eyes 8 feet off the ground, moves around on two feet in a very practiced bipedal manner, and throws rocks, breaks branches, and breaks trees over at 6 ft off the ground, leaving them with crushed handhold marks, all notions of it being a feline SHOULD vanish. Sadly, our efforts fell on deaf ears. That 2nd production company was dead set on addressing the mystery of the "Ozark Howler" as being strictly of a bear-sized feline nature... on all fours, with glowing red eyes, screams, and HORNS (!?) Ultimately their hour long show concluded with their declaration that the "Howler" was neither bear, nor feline, nor beast at all... but that it was A DEMON! That left my wife and myself, and all of our neighbors who had joined our efforts to help with the production feeling totally betrayed. NONE of us had said anything of the sort! NONE of us will ever have anything more to do with that particular production company again.
A brief "local interest" spot for our local FOX TV channel requested an interview, and their on-the-site guy was personable, interested, professional, and sincere. He listened to what we had to say. He looked at what we had to show him. He listened to our recorded audio tracks. The total length of that piece was only about 5 minutes on air with no commercial interruption. His verdict... I'd invited him to come back, set up a tent, and spend a night at the foot of our 'domesticated back yard', at the edge of the forest, but his closing comments on camera were "I definitely don't think Steve's place is where I'd want to camp out!" It was nice, it was brief, it was NOT mocking or demeaning.
We participated in a 3rd national TV production (Expedition X) for the Discovery Channel. It, too, like the other 2 national TV productions, focused on the "Ozark Howler". Interestingly enough, this was the SAME PRODUCTION COMPANY that had been involved in the first TV show in 2011. There were different people on the crew, but it was the same firm... now working for the DISCOVERY Channel. We had a protracted phone conversation with their advanced staff prior to agreeing to participate in the show, during which we brought up all the 'problems' that had arisen from that first show... including the very vocal admonishments by Old Quaver after their film crew had departed. This prompted a great deal of interest from them, especially when we played that recording for them. They agreed to look at "all possibilities" in their investigation, and the show was set up. Filming lasted a week here in the Ozarks, with two days of camera crews on our property (but not on consecutive days). Ultimately there was much that was "contrived" in the production of the final show. With regard to all the howls we'd recorded, and to all they experienced in their efforts to find the answers, their final solution was... BOBCATS! Everything that pointed to ANYTHING other than "bobcats" was completely ignored, and at least one portion of the filmed sequence (which I witnessed in person) was totally contrived. I suspect, but I CANNOT PROVE that at least one other sequence which ended up in the final broadcast show was contrived in part or in whole.
Upon viewing that show when it aired (and several times when it was rerun) it was blatantly obvious to both of us at that there was nothing "real" about "reality TV". The entire premise of each episode of their show is that the two primary 'researchers' will, within the span of a one hour TV episode, derive an ultimate solution to a mystery that has evaded resolution by scientists and researchers who have gone before them. In the case of the Ozark Howler, the mystery has beset this region of our country for well over 200 years, and puzzled the many scientists and zoologists who' have spent years attempting to derive the answer. Yet in accordance with the format and focus, the two principle 'researchers' for the show managed to "solve" the mystery within the span of that one hour show (including commercial interruptions). Granted that it took them a full calendar week to "film" all of the various scenes in their presentation, and are longer for them to compile those scenes into a "seamless" video presentation. But to effectively "explain" all that was presented to them by us and others, and to "explain" all that their on-site crew experienced with the single word "BOBCATS" is not only ludicrous, but contrived and ingenuous. I watched the "conclusive" scene being contrived - set up - when things didn't go as they had planned.
At that point both my wife and I decided that we would NOT be engaging in any further TV productions.
We were hesitant at first when Linda Eastburn asked my wife about appearing on her UA-cam channel. She and my wife had been briefly acquainted many years ago when both had attended a symposium on an entirely different subject. They had met again, by shear happenstance, while shopping and Linda's invitation was extended after their brief conversation. As I said, we were both VERY hesitant. But after watching several of Linda's other UA-cam presentations, we concluded that she was cut from different cloth than all who had preceded her. She listened to what we had to say before hand. She listened closely when the cameras were off. Her questions were insightful and intelligent, and it was obvious that her intent was the same as ours... to pass along what knowledge we'd gained over the years for the best possible benefits of those who had eyes to see and ears to hear what we'd learned on the subject. This wasn't 'reality TV'. Hers were honest questions, and a sincere search for what knowledge we could add to the subject. We are deeply grateful she treated our honest efforts with dignity, showing what we'd gathered without editorial commentary or a "surprise ending" solution. We could not have asked for more!

    • @BlacksmithSEAL
      @BlacksmithSEAL Рік тому

For the most part, the larger prints (adult) were in a straight line rather than staggered like we, much shorter people, make. The smaller (juvenile) prints were initially in a straight line beside the straight line of larger adult prints as the two track lines approached our house. However, as the two track lines curved to the right by 90°, to run closely alongside our bedroom window, the smaller set of prints (the track line closest to the house) swung out wide from the adult tracks. Those juvenile tracks displayed a sequence of actions that any parent would immediately recognize as "playful cavorting" by a young child.
As the juvenile's track line curved widely through a 90° arc to the right (going from eastbound to southbound), the tracks display closely-spaced hopping on a single foot, then side-by-side dragging of both feet (toes), then two more repetitions of that same hopping/dragging sequence. The ONLY way the juvenile could have dragged both feet simultaneously is by being suspended... presumably by the adult.
The track line of the adult as it followed that same curving line of progress was a smaller arc as it was on the inside of the curve. As noted, the actions indicated by the juvenile track line could not have been made without it being suspended - held up in the air at arm's length - by the adult. In the portion of the adult track line made while the juvenile was being suspended - hopping and dragging both feet - the adult's footprints were closer together, displaying a slight displacement to left and right of a center line, rather than straight inline, and there were deformations of the adult's tracks which appeared to reflect the physical hijinks being performed by the juvenile as it was held up in the air.
From the point at which the juvenile thumped our large BBQ storage box (making a loud, hollow noise which caused both of us in the bedroom to make vocal remarks which were audible outside), the adult appears to have been startled, and picked up the juvenile, accelerated its walking pace - tracks stretching out to 6 ft between imprints - and adhered to a very straight inline direction of march southward, across the road, and across a portion of our neighbor's yard before setting the juvenile down. The single track line of adult prints once again became two track lines (adult beside juvenile), and both sets of straight inline tracks went directly to the distant treeline where they disappeared in the brush.
The very clear story revealed by the dual track lines beside the house is one that will be very familiar to any parent of a playful young child. Holding the child's hands so that it is just above the ground, allowing it to hop or drag both feet simultaneously is such an overtly HUMAN action, that the humanity of these woodland folk cannot be denied!

BTW... we own the entire 10 acres of land where most of these events have taken place. We have domesticated only about 1 acre, cutting only those trees which were absolutely necessary, and leaving the remainder completely natural and "unimproved" for the benefit of all the natural wildlife in the area. We have herds of deer and flocks of turkeys visiting year-round, as well as all the other wildlife found in the Ozark forests. As I have said, it is our intention to be "good neighbors" and to share the land with all those who live on it. We walk freely over it all, and do not feel any hesitancy to avoid doing so or urgency to leave. We do, however, restrict our actions to observations only. We "pass through" rather than carrying out any sort of "expedition". We share the land and feel that the 'boundary line' which Old Quaver made using broken trees was specifically directed at the intrusive behavior and inappropriate howling by the film crew. We have hiked the woods repeatedly since that loud remonstration from the big fellow without having any further objections to our being there. We've made our respect for them and their sensibilities known, and feel that our respect for them is being returned. We have had no problems with our garden being damaged, or our pets or livestock (chickens) being injured or taken. We sincerely appreciate that THEY are being good neighbors, too.

@@BlacksmithSEAL I am a 64 yr old lady now and I live in the city of Toledo, in NW Ohio, near Lake Erie but during my childhood we lived with my grandMother for long periods on and off at the 20 or 30(?) acre family plot they bought in rural Powell, Tennessee and also in our own place on the outskirts of Knoxville suburbs. At GrandMother's I was given a free reign as long as I stayed on the cleared areas right around the house and did not venture into the woods alone, because of the snakes, wild predators and boogers. Never once did I break that rule and it never occurred to me to question the existence of the boogers. There was not a more honest person in our family than GrandMother and that includes my Great Uncle who was the Pastor of the Church of God across the mountain in North Carolina. The details of what a booger looked like exactly were a bit sketchy but I got the general idea from the details patiently given from GrandMother, my GreatUncle's, my Dad and his 1st cousins when I asked my many, many questions. They all grew up on the family farm up on the mountain that their grandparents had bought before the end of the 18th century and had built up themselves. That mountain remained in the family until after WW2 when the fed bought our mountain and all the other surrounding private properties as well to make up the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If not for that eminent domain buy out our family would still be there today and would not have sold it and moved to Powell and Knoxville as they did. They were all born on that mountain, including my Dad. From the gitGo all the children were born in the log cabins that the family had built on plots each was allotted on the mountain over the years and decades as each child married and began their own family.. None of the Public Utilities that existed at the time had even made it up that far yet, so even my Dad and his cousins were born and raised up without any up there! Needless to say that made growing the herb, fruit and vegetable gardens quite a chore during growing season! Nonetheless, each family always planted a separate garden nearby, for the boogers, out of necessity, to prevent having the boogers decimating the main gardens that they had planted on their own plots. When GrandMother moved down to rural Powell she quickly came to realize that she would have to do the same down there as well! Her giving of Thanks prayers before meals always contained her thanks for her running water system, septic tank, her wells, her hand pumps and all the Public Utilities that were eventually added to the property as they built it up over time. She was especially grateful for those long, long water hoses and nozzles! I know that she had some kind of agreement with the boogers about all of the various trees, vines and other plants among the wild foods that grew inside the forests on the property there, which she harvested well from, but I do not recall all the details about that. I just recall that she said that somehow or another they always made sure that they left her plenty of it all, enough for her to harvest and stock her pantry, deep freezer and root cellar every year. I also recall something about the various wild game animals that she would do up in freezer and in the smokehouse for them.

@@PandoraBVV What a wonderful story! The term "woods booger" was fairly universal throughout Appalachia and westward, into the Ozark Mountains region that now includes parts of 4 states. Here in Missouri you can still find countless locations named, or referred to as "booger holler" (i.e. hollow or valley). Dallas County here in Missouri was formerly known unofficially as "Booger County" before the existing name was formally adopted and set in documentation. All of these references stem from areas where the early Scots-Irish settlers encountered the "woods booger" aka Sasquatch. I must admit that I truly abhor the term 'BIGFOOT". The feet of the forest folk are proportionally proper for the rest of their physique. When Northern California loggers reported oversized 'human footprints' in 1958, the journalists documenting the story created the word/term/name "Bigfoot". However, there are countless newspaper accounts dating back to the days of the US Civil War and even earlier which describe settlers encountering what was then termed as a "Wildman". Supposedly Daniel Boone even recounts an encounter with such a "wildman" in a letter to his sister.
A logger by the name of Ray Wallace (who died at age 84 in 2003) claims to have been the source of all of the oversized footprint, claiming that he had carved large wooden "feet", strapped them to his boots, and stopped around, leaving huge footprints that were later found by other loggers. Thus he (and now his children) claim to be the originators of this phenomenon. Sadly the vast majority of people in our nation have heard this BS, and have thus dismissed the whole notion of a gigantic biped as nothing more than a hoax. The TRUE hoax was the claim that Wallace was responsible for all tracks that were ever found, and that hoax has been kept alive by all those who claim that ANY footprints found ANYWHERE, no matter how remote or isolated or impossible the location, are all the result of some hoaxer making false tracks. NOTHING could be further from the truth!
Nobody with a set of fake giant bare feet went marching past my bedroom window in the dead of night in January of 2018, leaving a snow track way over 150 yards long of monster footprints spaced SIX FEET from heel to heel! No man that I have met, or that I know of, could match that stride with his own natural feet, much less when wearing a set of some sort of fake feet. Every footprint was very slightly different that the rest, with more pressure on some toes than on others, with more heel pressure on some, and more toe pressure on others. These were the tracks of a living creature with mobile, flexible feet and toes, whose footsteps varied by necessity to comply with the terrain beneath them.
You Grandmother sounds like a truly amazing person, and I'd have dearly loved to know her. Your description makes it clear that she had a working arrangement with the wild forest folk which allowed for all involved to harvest what they needed to survive without impinging on the resources needed by others to survive. Whether that agreement ever involved from an actual exchange of words, thoughts, and ideas, or whether it evolved from nothing more than a tangible respect for all the others who also needed access to resources, it makes no difference. We can hike in our forest at our desire. We respect the presence of "others" who also frequent that ground, and respect their needs for the resources available. We do not impinge upon their access, and we try to keep our meandering to a minimum so as to not put any undue 'pressure' on those "others" who primarily move by night, and sleep by day. It's an "agreement" like your Grandmother had, and we are proud to maintain our part in the unspoken arrangement.
Thanks again for your information. Wish I'd had a chance to know your Grandmother!

Great story. This experience tells me that these hominids are concerned about human encroachment on their territory. I see them as the protectors of the forest.

I've heard that they can see and are very sensitive to inferred and that it could possibly interfere with their senses or something which is why trail cams and nightvision cameras don't work to "catch" them... and also they're sensitive to bright lights it seems

Other animals can see IR light. I have 2 trail cameras that are set up with perpendicular fields. I have seen coyotes and foxes jump when the second camera's light comes on. They definitely see it. I have not seen deer react.

What’s the very large black object next to the white sapling? Because when you go from frame to frame it’s moves as well. More than likely be shadows. They never travel alone. Maybe the little ones parent ?

We decided it was shadow, rather than substance. The large footprint nearby the tree and sapling made it evident that the passage through the tree line in that spot was used repeatedly. There was no way we could definitively link that very large footprint and the visit by the small creature in the photo to the same moment in time. Other woodland life regularly use that same thin area in the tree line as an access lane - coyotes, raccoons, possums, deer, and turkeys.
      EDIT: corrected spelling error

Portlock Alaska is a true place in Alaska with history of bigfoot shredding the townspeople, and causing the whole town to leave all at once.
If you follow bigfoot long enough, you'll find that it's not just a primate, but rather an interdimensional being capable of cloaking, silent moving, morphing, etc.
    Don't mess with BF.
