Sa se ou legume poison. Yo pa mete tout bagay sayo Nan ou sauce poison. Seulement zonyon sa map gade LA se ou legume poison
I've been searching on UA-cam for good recipes but almost everyone was eager to show off their many spices. Thank you for bringing perfect food without lots of complications.
Aw you’re welcome, glad you found this
Same here
Thanks a lot nurse,I am happy to learn this coz I lyk fish
Wow. I did it with all the ingredients and came out so fine. I love it. Hey, I always cook my food with the seeds of green paper, does it have some impact in the body?
They’re rich in fibre which is really good for gut health making them safe to consume however some peppers can be really spicy and the seeds have the highest concentration of capsaicin which can make food very very hot. But all in all they’re okay to eat no harm
😋😋😋 Tusiima nyo sweetheart , thank u for sharing always
Thanks for always being here Durf I hope you know I don’t take it for granted
How do I clean the fish? I don't eat fish like that but husband is ugandan 😊
Easy with water and lemon, check my whole fish video
@@TheCookingNurse but I mean did u scale it? Gut it?
If you buy your fish from a place that only sells fish, they will happily clean, scale, slice or fillet any fish for you. Then when you get home you just have to wash with water and salt.
Here after trying to quit restaurant food😂

Laba Fish gwe😋😋😋
This hits different with rice
Right 😊😊😊
Wow I love that kind of cooking it reminds me home😂
Hahaha
You should have let the sauce cook for a while to almost attain consistency before adding the fish to avoid the corn starch.
You do not need corn starch for the soup to get thicker.
You’re right,and thank you
😊
The vitamins will be lost due to over-cooking. Ugandan dishes are nirmally very healthy.
Well said@@Kiriza22
@@Kiriza22 how about reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15minutes?

Hey RItah thanks for sharing can i use the colanda to cook potatoes, cassava and yams
Unless you want to spend a forever and 3 cans of gas later, bse somehow it takes up less steam to cook hard things like potatoes compared to the greens(this is in regard to my own colander and experience) it will cook but after a very long time
Yes name sake, am cool with that delicious meal, stay blessed, you are a wonderful cook.from Nairobi, we love you ❤

I’ve found that the white onion makes my sauce much better. It doesn’t disappear in soup.

Trying this tomorrow
This is easy , can’t wait for the results 😊🤗
Directly translate this to local language 😂😂😂Served direct from the lake hahahah
😂😂😂
You make fish vegetables is not like that you make fish sauce. To make fish sauce with only oyon.
The recipe s good but 15 minutes is less for the fresh fish to be ready... that's my take , thanks
Tilapia fillet takes 4-6 mins to cook, boiling 8mins is good so 15 is too much unless you are making fish porridge. Experience and professional take
List ingredients next time. Thanks
But 😂😂😂
This is so amazing and delicious 😋
Thank you
Thank you so much dear, Have liked your fingers because i like some one who cooks with out nails i eat that food with all my heart.

U can also just soak the tomatoes in boiling water saves time
Doesn’t specifically save time but it’s another way to get the work done
