  • Hello friends. Before I got into microdosing psilocybin mushrooms, my anxiety and depression were at bad levels. In this video I will explain what a typical day was like for me and how I overcame the madness. It is a story that scares me every time I look back on it.

I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking mushrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.

You sir hit the nail on the head in regards to explaining anxiety and depression. I am 40 years old and worked as a Paramedic for 20 years. i am now "retired". I started Micro dosing and have had 1 "trip" as well. And it is life changing.
But it is hard hard work. Not something you do without preparation and thought.
My doctors and the top institution in this country said they are unable to help. With my severe PTSD comes depression and anxiety. But with Mushrooms that is fading away slowly but surely.
In regards to the eating, you are not alone. eating aloe just does not feel right. And after starting micro dosing i prefer vegetables and fruit more..
    Kind regards from Norway

Hi Dr. Dave, Thank you for sharing your story. There are so many people out there suffering from anxiety and depression who are looking for alternative treatments. I am hoping with all my heart the mushrooms help me through this very difficult and challenging time in my life. Thank you for the inspiration and for caring enough to hijack your skiing channel to help all of us who need the guidance. ❤🍄😊

Thank you for sharing, is been a very challenging year for me as well, i got prescribed SSRI about 3 months ago and never had the courage to start them. I'm till this day experience the same anxiety you describe in this video, that feeling of thigh chest, almost like if you have a block of cement on your stomach, same exact feeling after 'heavier' meals, can't stop my mind from overthinking and now anxiety in cars and planes. I start looking into microdosing today and your video gave me the last push i needed to start this journey and try to heal naturally. Thank you for this video, it helped 🙏🏽

I can completely relate to all those feelings you had before the microdosing..and my life is not that great which indeed doesn't matter ...I am going to start microdosing now...I can sleep forever, I never nap cause I won't wake up. Antidepressants are the worst thing ever, I had it for 28 years, coming off them is dangerous and it took me 3 years. to finally get off them . I can relate a lot to the experiences...Thank you for sharing .

I followed the Fadiman protocol for five weeks and the results were significantly positive for me. It was like that "grey mist" that you see everything through everyday on a mental level suddenly disappeared and my emotions were more positive. My procrastination ended and I got more things done. It was like I didn´t feel that anxiety that I had always felt for diving into things were the outcome was uncertain.

@@microdoseu Needless to say, If you follow a protocol - that means there is a start and a stop. So when my weeks came to an end, unfortunately that mental "grey filter" came back. But - knowing about the powers of mushrooms - I felt also that the ending of the period validated the effect. Surely this cant be placebo.

Love the happy ending....normally, I'd be watching music videos on UA-cam but unfortunately the last two months have been pretty tough so I watch these type of videos as a form of encouragement. I'm not normally like this and eventhough from 2017 to about late 2019, I had anxiety/depression (almost the same as how you describe it) and for some reason it faded away after 2019. I would get an occasional bad day or two here and there but overall I was good. Then two months ago I felt it creep back up. Started off as anxiety or "anxious thinking". I was hospitalized with covid and eventhough I was in a good headspace in the hospital, it wasnt until a few weeks after I was released that i eventually I noticed my mood start to dip. That's when I said I have to do mushrooms because this is not me. I had a stash for over a year, took s gram but didnt feel anything. So now I'm working with a psychotherapist and going to do a macro dose to dig in there followed by intergration and microdosing. I have a great wife, great kids, an awesome job and a great life that I need to get back to living

I look forward to getting to bed so that I can shut my brain off. I have insomnia as well as major depression and anxiety disorder. I have battled it off and on since I was a child. I stopped hanging around with friends and outdoor hikes because I lost interest in alot of things and wonder what the point of life is. I hope that I get out of this with microdosing. I get the anxiety coursing through my body just out of nowhere and then my fears of the future surface and its things that are out of my control and i hope that it helps me get my thoughts more positive. I have been off work for months and I pray that I can get myself back there but a part of me is unwilling to do much of anything. My psychiatrist isn't a great help. I do my own research. I feel embarrassed and angry that I have this illness and mad that God allows this to happen to people. If it helps me then I will stay on my med too if it helps me. Everyone that I know who have depression don't have major depression and anxiety and they were still able to work amd know what they want out of life and I am just in limbo for years. So thankful for your videos.

I felt the same way always really tense feeling I would grind my teeth and my jaw would hurt especially when driving when I had bad anxiety or social anxiety. Like you I dont feel sad I dont have any major issues but I get pretty grumpy when it's been a long day and that's around the time I get home to my family. So they dont get to see the greatest side of me. I am absolutely against medacine I hate to even take ibuprofen for headache and migraine. I am going to start micro dosing soon given it's the natural solution.

It’s a great question Victor. I would say it probably was about 150/80 on average when it was getting high. I had much higher spikes of the systolic number when I was anxious. Blood pressure medication definitely brought it back down to normal but I had all kind of weird side effects from that. Now it’s absolutely normal from only microdosing, averaging probably 120/75.
