Great guy. Of course very american, I can say as a German, but very inspiring. But I actcually have no idea why so much american ceos are proud of sleeping 4 hours. There are so much studies that show that you not only perform way under your potential if you have such a high lack of sleep. You even get stupider, depressed and have a higher possibilty of death.

exactly.. infact most of the studies say that we should have a sound sleep of at least 7 hrs.
