Same with any multi-phase boss. The issue is MOVING them, but as you can see using the right force and right relics allows for it (and he STILL needed to be moved closer through Fear)
Yeah, because how's he gonna enter Phase 2 if he's gone? Falling into a hole doesn't kill enemies, it removes them from the entire stage, that's why all bosses have at least Weight 5 which even Significant Force can't push or pull that much, to prevent exactly this
