sir aapse kuch puchna chahta hun apni shop ke liye.ki tpa me koi aisa section hai jisse meri help ho kyonki seller ne mujhe ship sale kiya2011 me 2014 me kuch paise rajistry me udhar likha tha owe maine 2014 me paid kar diya.magar rajistry ke samay usne ek sart likhwa diya ki dakhil kharij nahi kara sakte.jab maine 2014 me udhar paisa paid kar diya to maine dakhil kharij karwa liya.2019 me use 5 sal bad pata chala to ow rajistry cancellation ka case kar diya.sir kuch idea dijiye tpa ke kisi section ke jariye.ki case mere fevour me ho.please sir bahut paresan hun.

Sir 1984 me ak gift deed hua he. Lekin Donne us time present nehi thi aur Donne ka deed me koi signature nehi he... Aur abhi tak property transfer nehi hua he... Aur Donner and Donne ka death hogaya he... Ab gift deed valid hoga ya cancel ho jayega
