I love your videos! Where I live we do not have doulas, which is super frustrating. I’m pregnant with my second child and am doing a vbac. Honestly can say I’m absolutely terrified, since my partner is not a supportive person, so I will be going through labor alone. Do you have any tips for moms who be basically alone in labor? I know a nurse will be coming in and out of the room. But i can’t expect them to stay with me the whole time
Mama, first of all, you've got this. I wish I could come be by your side for this experience. I would talk to the nurse and tell her you need someone to help you as often as possible. They are there for you and don't want you to have to do this alone. Is there a friend you can bring with you?
