Do you mean the one I show in the video for the Impossible card? If so I don't have a separate tutorial for that one it was just to show you alternative ways to decorate it. x

All measurements are the same, I just die cut some Scallop Square dies and put them on an angle and snip off the bottom so it sat flat against the bottom of the card, I guess that the shape that you say looks like a cupcake. I finished it off with some ballon die cuts.
