He turns both of them over so that it only looks like one, then folds it, so that she has the dynamo card in her mouth. Then he does the same thing again, her card is on top, he turns two over so that it looks like one, signs the bottom one, then turns them back over and puts the top one in his mouth (which is actually her card)
