    1)把肉、鱼饼切片,胡萝卜、红辣椒切丝、青葱切段,蒜切末,鸡蛋打散
    2)热锅热油,把面线炸至金黄色捞出;再热锅热水烫软面线取出即可
    3)热锅热油,把鸡蛋炒散倒入鱼饼&虾快速翻炒均匀
    4)爆香蒜末后加入肉片炒熟再倒入胡萝卜丝&辣椒丝炒一炒
    5)加入面线,炒好的鸡蛋、鱼饼、虾、青葱、1勺酱油&半勺黑酱油快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
