A Farm Shop would help support the Milk Shed, as a customer a drive in a car for a single item is not cost efficient enough for me. However introducing frozen raw dog food would be one item to get me over the finish line, both the growth, margin, and variety may suprise you, and would appeal to customers, as we usually have a dog, you may not have already considered this, a dog owner would pay a premium for such a product,as it is an emotional purchase, and to retain a long term customer, a loyalty scheme would also allow that relationship to grow. Petshops seem to have missed this trick, favouring in my opinion to sell a lot of tat, and supermarkets even worse. Start up would be a minimum too, as long as you provide the very highest quality, to reflect your premium milk product. Grit your teeth, be brave, and just do it.👍
