What an apsolutly phenomenal figure, I think the fact you had the music that was used in the Dinosauria kinda makes the fact that this thing is real even more fantastic, which is amazing. But yeah it do be a bit expensive, hoping to get it for my birthday as well(might be back in stock by then), but yeah really happy you where able to get it. Also that JacksepticEye repaint be looking awesome, the DK colour schemes really fit the Mattel figures well
Looking at the price, I think it's fair considering the quality of the sculpt and paint. If you look at SH MonsterArts figures, they are of comparable prices, but from what I can see, Beasts of the Mesozoic figures are more substantial. That doesn't mean I'll buy more soon though, especially considering I don't have space for the figures I want (the T. Rex and the Triceratops) and I don't like that the Trike's mouth doesn't close completely. One figure I'm highly likely to get though when it releases is the Utahraptor.
I thought these guys were kind of small but seeing them in person nope they are huge pretty much. This is everyone’s expectation for a figure they expect them to be tiny but no, they’re actually huge.
