I’m a trumpet player and sometimes I just need to record some auditions. Can I plug this Mic to my iPad and just start a new video with this high audio quality at the same time? Or maybe I have to record just the audio throught the app.
Idk if you still use this mic, but do you know how to stop hearing your voice on it? I turn off listening on my PC sound settings but it doesn’t stop the mic monitoring. I don’t want to hear myself while I’m recording
Don't think you can. I think it monitors the mic straight through the headphone jack before it even converts it to digital. It has been awhile since I used this mic though...
Hey, hopefully this is a really easy question - do you know how to set up the mic to a windows pc? I was using the motiv app with my phone before, but since i lost the micro-usb/lighting cable I havent been able to record with my laptop?
It is the only mic in the MV line I have tried, so I cannot say. Have you tried the 88+? If you want to hear the mic you can check out the cover linked at the end of the video.

You have to download an ASIO, (I used ASIO4all), and then select it as your interface in your DAW.
Is it much better then the MV88+?
It is the only mic in the MV line I have tried, so I cannot say. Have you tried the 88+? If you want to hear the mic you can check out the cover linked at the end of the video.

It does work on PC's, but it works better on mobile devices.
