The fact that basic legal education isn’t part of gang initiation is mind boggling
Is it tho 😂
Tf u think a gang is??? Law school 😂
They talk about snitching but not snitching on yourself.
Why is that mind boggling? I can’t fathom a gang checking your legal education wtf what
My brother in Christ, they are criminals
Never ask for a lawyer, Always try and lie your way out of it. That way we will have a lasting supply of these videos to watch !

U want him to lawyer up and tell lies?
As part of gang initiation they should be taught the following line..."I would like to speak to a lawyer please."
hell they can even say I'll talk to you guys all day with a lawyer, easy peasy.
Or maybe "I will not be a drain on society."
Why? Fuck em
Absolutely not. The more clueless these suckers are, the easier it will be to put them in jail.
Less gangsters, more peace and quiet, less robberies, less break ins, less murder, better living for everyone.
@@henrikaugustsson4041 that's why he was shot dead? because there was no merrit what so ever in what he was saying? OK. Maybe if the cops didn't just go after low hanging fruit he may not be dead right noe....
The fact that people can go through the legal system once and then still think its a good idea to talk to cops without a lawyer absolutely flabbergasts me. The only two things you should ever say to the police are "do you have a search or arrest warrant?" And "I want a lawyer". Anything more than that is either snitching on yourself or giving them reasons to say you did something. Doesnt matter how innocent you are, the police are not there to help.
But his homies were???
Police are there to implicate someone.
A lawyer wouldn’t have done shit to help him.
This is 100% true. At 38, I was charged with a crime I did not do. I thought it was ok to talk to the cops, it not. If I didn’t have the resources available to me for a good team of lawyers I would have definitely caught that conviction. Don’t talk to the cops, they’re not your friends, and they’re not there to help you.
@@andrewvanderhoof2531 Oh, I disagree but hope not, he is a cold blooded murderer.
Im a 38 year old man, the ending made me shed a tear...This kid had a good heart , and the real killers knew it , that's why they killed him..I've watched enough of these to know he didn't shoot anybody.... he had a gun and was there and knows who did it but he didn't shoot.. His fake friends thought he would tell on them, and he actually did not ...super sad ...Guns are for life and death nothing more , chill with the gun for any type of situation culture we have...You can still fight win or lose and have respect. Realest comment on here by far surprised so many scrolled by.
You’re 38 years old and can’t see that he’s clearly guilty. And the “real killers”? He had the gun he pulled the trigger. Nobody made him do it. He deserves to go to prison and no he wasn’t a good person and the way he treats the female technician shows exactly what type of person he is.
@@dougdavenport4282 He's clearly guilty of murder with zero evidence, huh? I hope you're not an American.
@@dougdavenport4282I’ve also watched enough of these to know that kid was not guilty. You’re being kind of a know it all for not being able to provide a reason why you think he’s guilty. Do you notice excited he was for football? Why would he put that life in jeopardy, to me it seemed like he knew something he just didn’t want to snitch because of exactly what happened at the end of the video. Why else do you think he got shot right after he was let out of questioning, someone obviously thought he snitched. Use your brain dude, people like you are why the wrong people get thrown in jail and the real criminals stay on the loose.

That ending is infuriating! How do the cops have all this footage evidence and witnesses to get Meek detained, but they have no idea who killed him or what really happened, and the only knowledge they have is information on a vehicle they can't find 🤡
And how did he have a bond a year later if they had so much evidence to lock him up
@@KeyaSmith-k9mhe had a bond in August but the grand jury indicted him for first degree murder and the bond was set back at 0 then he was granted bond again
If you're ever in this situation at all, here's my advice: DON'T SPEAK BUT TO SAY I WANT A LAWYER EVEN IF YOU ARE INNOCENT, or Legal Aid from a Civil Attorney if you can't afford one. Usually at the point where they bring you in for questioning they are testing you, getting a baseline and comparing the answers they get with what they already know. In the end they will always get you.
While that's perfectly true and would had been a great idea, it probably wouldn't have made a difference on the street side of things. You know, the part where he gets out and someone pops him.
I'm willing to guess whatever his involvement actually was in the crime, guilty or not, the one popping him didn't try to listen as hard as the police.
Lawyer up, but if you don't, second best option is to be straight up spitting facts. From my cozy armchair sofa, acknowledging I don't have all the facts either way, my impression is he was at minimum showing loyalty to his friends with this selective memory, later saying he was there and this and that.
I'm just venting my thoughts. Well wishes!
Unless they are nice, then you can tell them everything.
@@QuitLifeTV I'm telling you, if the detectives are hellbent on pinning something on you, especially with how persistent they were to getting a confession from this man, then they're going to try to put you away. They say they want "the truth" but what they mean is they want you to confess to something to fit their narrative. And you usually don't know who you're going to get as a detective. You don't know if you're going to get a straight shooter or a deceptive detective. So I'm telling you you can't say anything to the police, because no matter what you know as the truth, if they've got certain ulterior motives and certain pieces to back it up, then your innocence means nothing to them. So it's best to play your cards right from the start and just don't talk and ask for a lawyer, because innocent people have gone to prison for murder all the time because of detectives like these.
@@XeresKyle As I said, I agree 100% with getting a lawyer, and innocent people get into trouble due to how things are done to be sure.
I think he acted very mature and cordial up until he started fishing for snitches, which I get why he would, guilty or not, but it's not a nice look regardless. And when after the break he changes his tune and manners well.. Lying about the cars, etc.
They don't need you to confess if you did nothing. But if you don't say what you saw, like for instance if your homeboy shot some people up next to you, then you're on the hook for at least aiding and abetting.
It might not help with saying what happened, but if you talk without a lawyer, and start saying stuff that isn't true, then that will reflect poorly guaranteed.
Ulterior motives, I can see that sometimes, but on the other side people scream at police if they do their job well or not. It's all perspective, but they are humans as well and can do all kinds of stuff, but they record stuff so we can check them out.
Unless you never say shit eles and tell that lawyer they brought in for yo broke azz lol since it's a trap ...that's all you got to say 💯
If your in a interrogation room and they say, let us go through the formalities of reading your Miranda rights. They already have evidence that points towards you, which is why you're there, they need a confession to make it an airtight open and shut case. Always ask for a lawyer regardless if your innocent or not. If they say some shit like "If your innocent why are you asking for a lawyer" tell them your exercising your rights.

When any cop starts to say "You have a right to remain silent" that's when you know they probably have lots of info on you and want to get more out of you and that's when you should really choose to keep silent. So he starts talking about his mom and his lawyer, and somehow after that he keeps talking for ANOTHER 1.5 HOURS.
Wow. I was not expecting that outcome. What a waste.
whatever college accepted him needs to be shut down
He graduated with honors from How High
Historically black colleges accept any and all minorities regardless of grades.
Why?
AFUCCINMEN.
Damn this cop out her giving away all this ladies info saying she got 4 kids and married. He wild for that
I don't know what's more amazing and not with this case in particular, that I've watched the first 48 hours and a lot of the cases the police have no clue what happened and would never know if you didn't have people who thought they were smarter than everyone else 😂
Baby just the first 48 hrs 😂 you messed me up lol
The comments got me confused. He was not charged with anything.
I think the reason why he didn’t give out too much information was because he feared for his life.
I would be so terrified I would talk my way into a confession for something I didn't do lol. I would be chanting I need a lawyer the whole interview 😂. Not getting Me lol
Haha I always think the same thing. I would make things worse and seem guilty if I wasn’t & maybe even fail lie detector 😂
He doesn’t think he’s indestructible he thinks the man across from is attempting to out think him
I was not expecting that ending !
“So you wasn’t in the party dancing with a Draco” 😳lmao 😂😂😂😂😂
That officer's zelda notification though❤
That’s the Detroit Survival guy !
😂
How is he a "wannabe gangster"? He was literally a gang member and killed someone. He is the actual definition of a gangster lol
Maybe they think gangsters are in suits and organized, and maybe they think this guy is just a thug.
You Don’t know if he killed anybody he wasn’t convicted at all, so what are you talking about 🤡
@@budgonstopCANELO RIP to him
That was sad…
I feel like they want him to give more details on the other individuals involved.... and to claim self defense
Damn shame... If this young man had different surroundings coming up no telling how far he would've gone! What a horrible waste of life and happens every day. When is enough enough???
Criminals always gonna have guns. Criminals will do criminal things
Yeah I doubt it .
@@haveagocommentator983he was better than you’ll ever be even in his situation.
He made a CHOICE! He loved the thug life.
@@ZZ_The_Boxing_Cat you have no idea what you’re talking about. He was in college and you don’t know if he was guilty or not. I hope you or someone close to you goes to prison for life since you want to judge someone else without knowing.🤡🤣
People who say shut up and get a lawyer, never been in the system. Its a joke
wow he got killed shoretly aftert this....crazy
I don't believe I've ever seen anyone as content, relaxed, perhaps even eager, to throw away their good life on track... to get locked up for good.
He was killed not to long after this investigation he was shot
He thought he was giving a witness statement. I really think this kid was confused as to what was going on. And then he just kind of went along with everything with the least amount of resistance possible. He was probably still confused/ scared..
@@blaxpoitation8528 Perhaps. But he's definitely VERY manipulative. He ACTS like he 'thought' that bc he KNEW he killed him. He's not smart, but an educated killer who dances w/guns to (briefly) bed🐤🐤. Karma caught up to him.

"who picked you up?"
"one of my guh...uh friends..."
"girlfriend?"
"no, one of my friends"
"what's their name?"
"uh..."
Yet another prime example of why you don't talk to the police, they aren't your friends! They knew going in that he was gonna be charged and all that buddy buddy s-t did nothing but lock homeboy into a story that they could use against him. By the time he threatened to ask for an attorney it was already too late.
Edit: If you bond out a few hours after being arrested for murder, the streets will definitely think you named names
No
The “buddy buddy shit” is a tactical move used to get murderers or worse to open up and confess so justice can be served. If you murdered someone you get what you get. The cops SHOULDNT be your friend. This take is shit. And if anything it helps guilty idiots get away with horrible shit. By locking up and not talking because of advice they read online
Yeah if he had a lawyer with him he wouldn't have been off scott free but they might have gave him a chance with just straight self defense
They tried to give him an out to claim self defense actually. They feel like he's a good kid and these other guys are known criminals.
Maybe that’s why he got bailed out…. He knew he was gonna be in jail for a while or forever but out on bond…. He could get shot and save the whole Justice system crap and case against him…. Just a thought
Not snitching makes him a "Wannabe Gangster"?! 🤡🧐🤨🤣🤣👋
They anything to get these suburban people's attention
Young strong man could've had it all going on....if only
Detective think they’re slick lmao😂😂😂😂
He was killed after this interrogation, man.
He killed someone tho
He snitched
@@conspiraciesexposed7760okay and ... he was killed aftet this interrogation.
@@conspiraciesexposed7760 no he didn't the people he was with fool and he talked so they did that
Who is this person
I've never seen someone so happy in an interrogation for a serious crime.
He was innocent.
Turns out that hours after being released from jail, on his birthday, he was murdered in an apparent gang shooting. I'm not sure why he was released, if it was about this case, or what. He died March 2021. So much senseless violence.
He got out on bail.
He was killed the day after his birthday. Birthday March 7th. Killed March 8th
wait what the ending got Me shocked af what u mean he was found shot dead in a car after this??? Jesus... man... what a messed up whole situation.
If he's involved in a gang related shooting, how does that make him a "wanna be gangster"? That would just make him a gangster right? Your math isn't mathing.
I feel for this kid. He was killed. Idk why but he reminds me of a friend I had back in the day. Had potential but made a bad decision one night and ruined lives.
"bad decision"....evil decision you mean...
@@orionxtc1119 it was a bad decision. Guns. Alcohol. And having beef with someone. Bad decisions.
@@orionxtc1119bad decision.
It’s heartbreaking. For all the families involved. Imagine raising your child only to lose him in a stupid gang shootout. He was shot to death on his 21st birthday.
It’s sad. Very very sad.
@@orionxtc1119
“Evil?” Stupid, reckless, uninformed, gang mentality probably, but “evil” is over the top to describe this kid.
He took a life, he lost his own life. The families are left to mourn. It’s all very, very sad.
They sacrificed this young dude. He was just tryna have some fun, andneven followed the street code and didnt snitch. The street dudes know he wasnt a street dude, and was a square, so they lie snitched on him. Put all the blame on him, and then killed him cuz he was out on bail and could still be a witness to prove it wasnt him. Thats a real life sacrifice of a Nice young Man that haf a Future. This was sad to see, and the fact that he didnt tell lets us know that hes more solid then they are. He was a "True Friend" and they never had real love for him. Jealous of his journey in sports, and being able to get out of the hood through college. He was showing them he was a true friend by not telling.
The other anology would be that they thought that he told because he was bailed out of jail, and because they thought he wouldnt hold it down, and he did. He really did, and now they have to watch this video and burn for it. This will haunt them FOREVER. Yaw killed the man that probably wouldve helped ALL OF YAW out when he made it!!! Dudes really be succas. They aimt real. RIP Cuz, I can tell You was a True friend.
