I was fortunate to meet Freddie Spencer at his racing school in Las Vegas. It was Christmas time and Freddie was getting ready to go home for holiday's. He was kind enough to spend about 45 minutes to show me around his school and show me his MotoGP medals. One of the nicest racers I have ever met. He took the time to talk racing with me. Highlight of my trip to Las Vegas. I wish him all the best.
Freddie Spencer is one of the nicest racers I ever met, so much time for people and a lovely man to chat with. He does love bikes still. All the best to him.❤️
Met with this great man at the Malaysian GP in 2019..as he is my childhood hero even til now...he is such a nice gentlemen to chat with...very very humble.
Yes people my age will never forget Fast Freddie, Double World Champion. My memories was playing 2stroke dirt and streetbikes when he was a champion. The scream of 2strokes and R40 Castrol is just so nice. Freddie Spencer is so gentle and soft spoken, a very good role model and ambassodor for motorsport> RESPECT !!!!!
Freddie was my "bike-hero" back in the beginning of the 80's, and still is, because of his passion about motorcycling. Met him in Loudon in '93(I think he was with Ferracci)..Really nice and humble guy...Keep going Freddie!!
Fast Freddie ! His book is a huge insight into the man and his life, lucky to have met him and he signed my copy in Toronto. Nobody looked cooler on a GP bike ever, #19 is Number One !
Biking? Sausage factory? You grew up in the wrong paddocks lad.. Bikes and women always went hand in hand.. 😉 Freddie though, absolute gentleman.. and a badman, my hero
We had so many top American riders in the 80’s and early 90’s….why are most now all rom Europe? What happened our guys? Not enough tracks like in Italy or Spain? We have the population base but perhaps because most come from immigrant diasporas and money is too thin?

Dear Freddie, I bought a 90s honda xr100 a number of years ago, and I was told it was your pit bike. If you ever want it back let me know...
Freddy Spencer is the real champion and a good person.
immenso pilota. idolo!
His right hand is always in the two finger braking position.
We need more modern bikes that looks like older sport/race bikes. Especially now when many bikes uses the engine as a stress member of the chassis.
Freddie is the best!
