Man I love Heliod. Did not realize that chain of vapor could work like that with gilded lotus. I’ll have to keep that in mind the next time I play it. It’s such a fun deck!!
This was a super cool game!Havent watched gameplay in a while, but I really loved the way you showed everyones hands during gameplay. That was super cool!
That game was awesome. Also I disagree on the punt comment. If you dont kill Heliod he wins right there since he was going for it, and the chances of Vadrik winning were a lot less likely. Hindsight makes it looks like a punt, but at the time it was the correct call.
I love to see Vadrik again. I build a 80euro version of him just 2 weeks ago and this commander is just gas. For me it is much more relatable then Blue-Farm or sisay and Pet deck rock.
I know he probably had another win in hand but the copy loop is not a loop as the copy spell will fizzle when electrodominance leaves the stack due to having fully resolved
@@cedhtvgameplay3974 as per rule 608.2m “As the final part of an instant or sorcery spell's resolution, the spell is put into its owner's graveyard. As the final part of an ability's resolution, the ability is removed from the stack and ceases to exist.” Because of this electrodominance is not on the stack when the copy resolves and because of rule 608.2b “If the spell or ability specifies targets, it checks whether the targets are still legal. A target that’s no longer in the zone it was in when it was targeted is illegal.” The copy spell will fizzle.
@@theelucidator3481 The copy spell targets the original electrodominance which never leaves the stack. Electrodominance is copied and casts reiterate for free targeting the original electrodominance which is still on the stack.
@@ShalomZakieas per 608.2m which I listed above once all of the effects of a card resolve it leaves the stack as a state based action and is therefore no longer a legal target. Arguing against a rule I litterally posted from the rules database makes no sense.
@@theelucidator3481 the rule you stated has no relevance. I am responding to electrodominance with reiterate. Therefore none of the effects of the card have resolved. 608.2 doesnt come into effect unless I pass priority on my electrodominance and let it resolver without casting reiterate. He reducs the casting cost of spells by X that is equal to the amount of cards we have drawn. So he can reduce it down to like -40 and only pay 1 blue mana for it.
Grinning ear to ear on those final few turns.
Easily in the top 3 games I have ever seen on your channel!! That stack was incredible
This game was fantastic! Crazy ending. Pontus piloting Heliod is always the funnest thing to watch

I was hugely impressed when he made that play too! Not one that I would have thought of
Vadrik taking the world by storm

That end turn was amazing! 😂
Really this guy has been crushing it!!

I agree. Heliod was the target.
daaaaaaamnn that was so cool game oh my god
great game!! you know my boy is gonna be tough to handle when he's playing red 🔥🔥
invert+ invent has mana value 7, so it can't be played from electrodominance where x is 6, or im wrong?
just got here. wonder if the vadrik cedh tv winstreak is gonna continue.
-.-
You saw it. It did. But this was close one for Heliod.

I discovered Vadrik through my LGS budget league and then I decided it could be better and have spent the last 16 or so months brewing him
That Heliod deck is fantastic lol

No it is a copy of electrodominance that is put on stack over and over. The original is always still on stack.

I am confuse, how was he able to pay for a x=40 down in dreams ?
If someone could explain that reiterate interaction, I’ll would be very grateful

@@cedhtvgameplay3974 I appreciate the time to answer, thank you 🙏🏻
What program do they run?
We use OBS and moxfield togheter to send an image of our playtest moxfield to spelltable.
Once again Vadrik winning, It's been absolute dominance (electro this time) from vadrik on this channel!!
What program are they using to play?
ua-cam.com/video/3xYR639ZwDo/v-deo.html Mons, the owner of this UA-cam channel, makes a very detailed video how to do it here
Thanks. You know your stuff!
