Good Morning Tom....its not SHEET metal, but at least its metal-metal !! LOL. Thank you for always the kindest of comment...however undeserved they may be. Have a great day my friend.
My word Mr Wendell, you are a true craftsman!! Those turned out absolutely amazing!!! I have to admit, I have found many uses over the years for those pipe clamps, but never anything that creative!! I can't wait to see the next step and the track!! Thank you sir for bringing us along!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Well Nelson, there's potential in everything. We just have to look at things differently to see it. LOL. Thank you for always the supportive comment my friend.
Well good deal !! Thankfully this one wasn't too involved. The next portion of the project is a little more challenging though. Thanks for watching once again.
Excellent work !! Your skills are in direct competitionwith your creativity, determination, and resourcefulness !!! For Wendell 's next project he will make the missus an electric bicycle using only a hammer,anvil, and a chunk of raw iron ore !!! Lol ! Have a great day!!
Thats well done and saved a bit of money. That hardware is getting real expensive. I did a door at the camp a few years ago and it cost some good coin. It pays to save up a lot of stuff....CHEERS
It trims up pretty good but I like to 'fine tune' it a file though. I just ground a HHS cutter to a 60* and ran with it. It works really good for drawer slides.
I got that one at Northern Tool at least 20 years ago. I don't know if they have the same one anymore at all. I have it anchored to the concrete. When not in use I just remove the bolts and push it to the corner. The flush anchors stay in the floor.
I've said it before and I'll saybit aging I LOVE WATCHING A MASTER AT WORK !!!!!
Wendell YOU SIR ARE A NATIONAL TREASURE !!!!!

Nice to see that there are still people left that care about decorative parts of barn doors. For sure they will look really nice. Great job!
Thank you, that's very kind. I think of you every time Estonia is in the news. Hopefully you remain safe and secure over there.
Ended up really nice, great job👍🏻
Good Morning Doug. I hope the day finds you healthy my friend. Thank you for the visit as well as for the comment.
Awesome job Wendell 😁👍 I like how you used the vintage rollers and gave them a new purpose 🔧
Yessir...over a hundred years old and ready to do another hundred !!

If you're like me, then you have a LOT of 'stuff' laying around. (-; Its not a bad thing though. Enjoy the beautiful Spring-like day !!
Nice job Wendell. Using what you have to get the job done. I like it.
Yessir. No reason to buy new when there's some stuff to make 'em out of. What else is an old wore out retiree gonna do with his time any way....(-;

Thank you...sometimes a fella gets a bit lucky I guess.
Good job buddy very nice work but wouldn’t expect anything else from Tractorman you have a great week and I will be watching for the next video
Good Morning Tom. Thanks for the kind thoughts. The next one will be totally different once again. LOL Too many projects...too little time.

Yessir...anything to save a few bucks this day and time Gator. The best thing is the parts ain't worth nothing until something is made with 'em.
Another great video and a great job it's going to look and work great. thanks
Thanks Tony for the kind words. Hopefully the Missus likes the end result too.
Looks good, a fun project!
Yes, I enjoy quick projects like this one. Makes ya think a little more than normal. (-;
Good looking project. The way I understand it, to machine that UHMW, use very sharp tools to get the best results. It looks like you do OK.
It trims up pretty good but I like to 'fine tune' it a file though. I just ground a HHS cutter to a 60* and ran with it. It works really good for drawer slides.
Dag nab it tractor man. There you go again. Making something out of nothing. Really cool.
I kinda enjoy ....what's the new term.... 'repurposing'....?? Actually I'm a bit of a cheapskate so anything to save a buck or two is fair game. (-;
That’s a nice bender, where u get it?

Is there anything your not good at. Sorry I should be asking the Misses. Great work. Your amazing
Hahahahaha....I ain't too good at keeping the Missus happy...LOL. Actually that's not entirely true. She's pretty easy to make smile.
