Add this to your lecture please: We can't survive without love and attention. After birth we need food/water and air, yes, but we die without love. This is the essence of all essences: love. We can tell from watching this video that you were loved very much by your mom, and that Yuan Source Love is still active and you are giving it to us now. I went to Chinese Medical School 23 years ago and they forgot to teach us about Love.
