Just a heads up the ford app is auto set in the vehicle to automatic temp control when starting the truck through the app. You can go into the settings menu in the truck itself and adjust the setting to remember last temp control setting or auto climate control for when you start through the app.

I have the 2022 Hybrid Lariat Luxury, so it may be a little different, but regarding remote start, I have a setting in the console for remote start where you can set climate control to be either last state, OR automatic.
I just picked up my XLT Hybrid Maverick on Wed and I love it!.. mostly city driving and some hwy miles.. average about 47 at this point!.. it is in Velocity Blue.. what a beauty she is .. I have put 137 miles in two days.. I waited 15 months to get my Maverick..
I was going to ask how long you waited. We ordered in May 22, got an order number in November, but still no VIN. We are desperate for a new car and are close to throwing in the towel and buying something else:(

I have a 2022 Maverick XLT - Not Hybrid - and I absolutely love it. It's been right at a year and I have a little over 12,000 miles. Spray in bedliner is well worth it. The app is great in letting you know where your vehichle is, the oil change status, tire pressure, fuel level, auto start, etc.
You have a good list of favorites. Was surprised that you could use your phone to start the car in a vehicle at this price point, so good on Ford for that. The hybrid fuel mileage is fantastic - it’s still a truck you can use to tow or haul stuff, and when used as a car, it gets more than double the fuel mileage of a typical pickup truck, especially around town. Now if they could step up production, since interest in this vehicle seems to be way beyond their current capacity. Tool up a 2nd plant to supplement the volume?
Thanks for sharing and glad you love it. I was interested in this truck, but have decided against it because of Ford's lack of availability, and dealers upncharging them. I'm not waiting 6- 10 or any months on any vehicle, and especially when it's priced higher than advertised. A lot higher at that!
I totally agree. But the wait may be worth it if you can find an honest dealer that won't up charge for an order. I got lucky. Ordered relatively early and dealer didn't charge extra since we already agreed on price when I ordered.

@@onlyinparadise4613 I sold my 2021 Camry, Corolla and RAV4. All 2021 and hybrids! Nothing like my Mavey! The only thing I don’t like is no memory seat setting. The comfort, drivability, practically, looks, and I’m getting 500 miles to a tank. 160 of the 500 miles are Electric!!! The only toy that matched it was the Corolla hybrid and that thing felt like a death trap! We only kept the 2021 Toyota Venza because it’s beautiful, but the Maverick still beats it in every way.

I used to pay Hyundai $289 a year to be able to remote start my car! Love my new 2022 Maverick hybrid.

A second assembly plant won't help. They need a chip manufacturing plant.
