@@davidtaliai996 Very subjective topic . . . i like outkast, personally i like big boi better because andre's accent gets old real fast. Guru was good, but his style was too monotonous for my taste. I never took mobb deep seriously... they were trying too much to look all hard after Pac shitted all over them. I am more into D.I.T.C. , Boot Camp, WU TANG, Company Flow, and KMD. In my opinion, the best duo ever is Madvillain. Although they only put out one album, as time goes by i am more convinced that it is the best Hip hop album of all time, but Strictly business is not far behind. Strictly Business was significant in that it was first to sample zapp and roger electro funk before Dre did with Parliament. I think people sometimes forget how ahead of their time EPMD was for the late 80's.
Come on Rogan. Rage did cover Pistol Grip Pump but the original artist is Volume 10. The Cypress cover they did is How I Could Just Kill a Man. B Real is too damn cool to correct him.
Cypress Hill is the crown Jewell of hip hop. If you love the hill dont stop there. Check out.. Soul Assassins SX-10 Serial killaz Powerflow B-Real Sen Dogg Muggs And never ending FT.s..
Kool g rap never blew up like he should've because of the lisp i don't know why but some of the most fire rappers have a lisp or some type of speech problem but if u listen you can understand what they saying clearly but mainstream block them from coming up look at MF DOOM he is supposed to be sitting on top but what stopped that? There is another rapper that was hot with a lisp i just can't remember right now but I'm an old school head I'm from the wild style and beat street days yes i was there at the beginning
EPMD one of the best to ever do it.
*2
@@SwampGas703 I mean one of the best groups to ever do it
@@BBroadnax i agree
Agree. I probably would only put OutKast and Gangstarr ahead of them. Maybe Mobb Deep too as far as duos go.

“Illusions” is one of my favourites, very underrated song.
They turned illusions into a whole CD with elephants on acid.
By who?
@@J3rryswinger Cypress Hill

90s hip hop is the best! Still love it today! That’s all I got on my Spotify
Relax your mind and let your conscious be free!
WuTang Gyarados
Get down with the sounds of EPMD.
Cool bit of trivia: Erick Sermon produced tracks for Redman's debut album and sampled B Real in "Time 4 Sum Aksion"

Kool G Rap made a pretty decent album a year or two ago. He still got it. He's a real rapper's rapper.
Return of the Don was great, plus last year he bought out an LP with a young M.C ,38 Spesh called Son of G Rap that was dope
38 Spesh x Kool G Rap made Son Of G Rap not too long ago it's a classic

Joe should get Zach De la Rocha on the show . . . im interested in what he would have to say about today's left.
Great call
I'd rather see him pick up a microphone and start touring with Rage.

Eric and Parish Makin Dollars ...top 3 hip hop duo ever!
EPMD it's going down!
The only reason I even know about EPMD is because Rage Against the Machine covered a song of their's called
"I'm Housin"
I only know about them because my father was a businessman, and appreciated EPMD’s love for business whether strict or unfinished or as usual
Hip hop culture is bigger than white people
What the fuck does that got to do with anything
