I really like your land cruiser but I am not a Toyota fan by what happen in the past but it seems that why don't you buy a GM I have a few in my neighborhood with over 400,000 another 285,000 miles

Late 90s early 2000s GM trucks and SUVs were great & reliable. These later ones not so much..8spd trans issues and lifter failure from cylinder deactivation.
If the infotainment was kind of like GMC’s trucks I would probably love this vehicle. That tall, hastily stuck infotainment for this Tahoe looks outdated and cheap tbh.
It failed due to its shortcomings, knowing that its similar Land Cruiser rivals the Tahoe in all respects in terms of power, durability and all luxuries without shortcomings. As for the Tahoe, it does not have fog lights in front and behind the middle seats. They fold electrically in the middle and then use your hand. The headlights cannot be controlled to raise and lower, and they are very high. Because the vehicle is raised by hydraulics, which causes you embarrassment to the cars in front of you. The rear and reverse signal lights are halogen, a very old system, unlike Toyota LED.
Hey Ben the only truck/Suv we have here in Zambia is the 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor.gas/petrol powered ones are not favoured here coz of the high prices of gas.
For this price you can get a Mercedes GLE450, Audi Q7, or BMW X5 and for cheaper too. Had this exact issue when shopping for a car for my family. I opted to get a luxury SUV instead for much less than 80k
@@Greeco82 memory seats for both passenger and driver, massage seats for both, ambient light through the interior, 4 zone (depending on which car you get) for a/c, heated rear seats, and more which I’m probably forgetting and that doesn’t include the quality vs the Tahoe interior materials overall. Tahoe is a great SUV but not for $80k imo and you get the luxury suv for significantly less in some instances

If I had to pick only one, I’d take the Tahoe all day. It had almost all of the features the BMW had and oil changes didn’t cost me $200. Let’s be honest, all cars (luxury or not) are ridiculously overpriced today. Scoffing at a fully loaded $80k Chevy Tahoe but paying almost as much for a smaller SUV because it comes with a “luxury” moniker seems odd to me. Do I think a fully loaded Tahoe is worth $80k? Nope. But I also don’t think a mid trim BMW x5 is with $78k. I don’t think a Ford F-150 is worth over $70k. Etc. The one thing I will say is that my BMW spent a lot more time in the shop than my Tahoe ever did. The Tahoe was much cheaper to repair too.
A handsome Tahoe, I love the monochromatic paint & Blacked out accents. It just needs a 6.2. The 5.3 Silverado I drove was a dog compared to a Ram 5.7, you need that 425 HP with a heavy pig like that.

Nice suv! But GM has done nothing to fix the lifter and engine failures on them , I wouldn’t touch one with a 10 ft pole, the diesel engine yes!
