tbh OTOMATIC deserves 11.3, it has good radar using K-band, making plane's RWR not triggering even when tracked, but still OTOMATIC needs at least 36 APFSDS or APFSDS storage buff
this thing is so disgustingly strong, the br of 10 or 10.3 where its at is farr to low. this thing needs a br increase or a wooping hard nerf in survivability/forgiving to play.
