1 Week PLDT Fiber No Connection Experience

I've been a PLDT Fiber subscriber for almost a year now and I just experienced what most of you PLDT subscribers can relate to, having no connection for more than a week due to LOS Blinking Red. So I decided to document and record this experience to show the things I've done during the week where my Fiber is down. This also includes the actions I have taken to get my connection fixed.
This is just Part 1. I will be uploading Part 2 where PLDT finally fixes my connection.
