I love my Lister Star clippers! I have been maintaining them from the start as above. I notice that when I remove the blades, up in the moving part of the clipper head, there is dark gray dirty grease/oil left over from metal fines, hair mince, and the frequent oiling. Should this be removed? And if so, how should it be removed properly? Obviously after cleaning this out, the clippers would need a very good oiling again prior to use. I just would like some information directly from the manufacturer, thanks!
