I love the detailing you give to the adventurers’ journey, you could just say “they went here and killed him and then killed him and then etc etc etc” but you give them personality and strategy, keeping the viewer entertained through the walk of the dungeon. Its excellent!

My favorite dungeon in vanilla. I remember back then when I did it the first time, me and my friend got into a party with some nice people and we were all traveling to SFK from different parts of Azeroth. Us two from Stormwind, a dwarf priest we picked up in Loch Modan, a warrior in Hillsbrad and a hunter that came all the way from Kalimdor. And then we all traveled together by foot because nobody had any flight points :D. It truly felt like an epic globetrotting adventure, even just the journey there. And we had no idea what awaited us in SFK, none of us had been there before. We were all so excited. Then the dungeon was awesome, we wiped once or twice but we got the hang of it. I got the blue dagger for my rogue! Still to this day one of my favorite memories in gaming.
This is what I come here for to read! Your journey through the Eastern Kingdoms with your friends is already an adventure of itself. All the places you get to see, some beautiful, some dangerous. And you keep wondering, how much more is there to do in all these places! Thanks for sharing, it really took me back in time as well :)

Absolutely loveeee this dungeon and this video! Funny how when playing, i never realized how long it really is. lol It's just a shame that nowadays most players like to just speed run through these dungeons, so it's hard to pick up on all the details in many of them.
Shadowfang Keep has just the right balance, not too long and not too many bosses! It's quite perfect in my opinion. Thankfully, there are still those, like yourself, who appreciate the rich history and hidden details in these often overlooked or rushed-through places!
Very much so! I'm currently progressing through classic content in a level-based order, so we'll eventually reach Karazhan and the Deadwind Pass. While it may take a bit of time to get there, I'm excited to explore these intriguing aspects of Warcraft's lore.

And the journey to the dungeon's location was an integral part of the experience, setting the stage for the adventure ahead. Times have indeed changed, and with them, the pace and style of gameplay. While the convenience of modern features is great, it's also important to reminisce about the slower, more communal aspects of the past that brought a different kind of satisfaction and sense of achievement.

This includes each boss fight, detailing their abilities and the loot they offer, but also explaining their unique stories and roles within the world of Azeroth. Wonderfully told. I was completely emerged into this story, as if I were one of the adventures on this mysterious quest. Your description of the armor worn by the warrior character was so descriptive that I felt as if i was wearing the armor myself; marching forward into the dungeon and playing the role of the protector of my team. An interesting suggestion. I have strived to maintain the immersion in the story being told, which is why I generally avoid overlaying in-game footage with still imagery or other techniques. Displaying items from each encounter would require changing this format. I'm curious to hear how you would like to see this being implemented!

In my strive to keep growing and improving the content, I am already exploring ways to get the entirety of the group on the footage, but this has since been a difficult process. We're getting there though, and when that happens, we can also showcase the items obtained :)
You would think there would be some type of interactive options available for UA-cam creators to add in for optional overlays. Has there been no innovation since 2005? So it's just the upload button and the play button? Do they even offer any type of assistance in the editing via software at least? There R&D department is slacking.

Shadowfang Keep and Wailing Caverns, as well as The Deadmines and Blackfathom Deeps are monuments to our collective nostalgia and hold echoes of our earliest ventures!
Fenris the Devourer was the original guardian of that part of the keep. When the fortress eventually fell under the control of Lord Godfrey, Lord Walden (the boney dude) took over the area previously guarded by Fenris.
@@TheChroniclesofAzeroth I appreciate it my dude, I’m constantly wanting to experience the story of each zone and dungeon in wow but can never stay focused enough. I always plan to do an Ironman mode with 1 life, gain one lvl at the end of each zone and can only equip greens and below, someday
I had exactly the same problem. Now I'm learning about the Lore of each zone I've leveled through so so many times, while making these videos instead! Win-win!

Just stumbled upon your channel. Really enjoying It so far. Just wish you were able to add in game sound effects from the dungeons/areas. I feel like if you did that it would be 10/10. Such as dialog from bosses, noises from mobs, music from different areas etc. Just an idea 💡 😀
I would love WOW if it was a single player story driven cinematic open world game with voiced npc conversations like witcher 3 or elden ring. I love the world, I played Warcraft 2+3 like a thousand times but wow is just too stiff and janky and immersion breaking for me. I still LOVE the lore and the aesthetic of the game but it’s so sad for me that it’s an mmorpg, I couldn’t care less about other people in my immersion.

Fenris the Devourer was the original guardian of that part of the keep. When the fortress eventually fell under the control of Lord Godfrey, Lord Walden (the boney dude) took over the area previously guarded by Fenris.

I always plan to do an Ironman mode with 1 life, gain one lvl at the end of each zone and can only equip greens and below, someday
I had exactly the same problem. Now I'm learning about the Lore of each zone I've leveled through so so many times, while making these videos instead! Win-win!

Just stumbled upon your channel. Really enjoying It so far. Just wish you were able to add in game sound effects from the dungeons/areas. I feel like if you did that it would be 10/10. Such as dialog from bosses, noises from mobs, music from different areas etc. Just an idea 💡 😀

I would love WOW if it was a single player story driven cinematic open world game with voiced npc conversations like witcher 3 or elden ring. I love the world, I played Warcraft 2+3 like a thousand times but wow is just too stiff and janky and immersion breaking for me. I still LOVE the lore and the aesthetic of the game but it’s so sad for me that it’s an mmorpg, I couldn’t care less about other people in my immersion.
Yes SFK was my favorite dungeon, people would say "what quest are you doing?" And I would say "oh no quest, I just like running SFK"
