I purchased this device. Had to read the instructions more than once in English to fully understand and to take precautions. Still experienced that learning curve. Just to make things simple for the next person:
Charge the device for 120
Min before use. When device is off, The battery light may turn from white to green but the only true way to know is if you turn ON the device and the battery light is stable white or green.
Remove the outer hard film from the mask when you’re ready to stamp. It’s not meant to stay on the mask.
It’s tricky aligning the device to stamp..it won’t work if it’s tilted slightly.
Update:1 month in and the results are nothing short of amazing. My sagging cheeks are taut and lifted. The device won’t allow usage on nasolabial lines, neck, or eyesocket for safety reasons. So, those pesky marionette and corners of mouth won’t see much difference. I will have to resort to face yoga for that

I downloaded the manual for the S2. I want to try the lift mode. I’ll combine the instructions in this video with those in the manual. The video is helpful.

I use your old other device. Can I use both one at night and one in the morning? Please let us know because your instructions are in Chinese and I don’t read Chinese so can you please provide a little bit more instructions on the routine?

Hi, really sorry for any inconvenience. For U1, the device can only be used up to 2 times per week and for no longer than 8 minutes at a time.
