I was scared when I tasted the almond greek yogurt with only the chickpeas but the cabbage pulled it all together. Family enjoyed it. I accidentally followed a different recipe that looked just like this one for the cabbage, the only difference was the recipe I followed made a baste for the cabbage that consisted of cumin, paprika, herb mix, salt and olive oil. I suggest basting the cabbage for an extra kick of flavor. Yum. Super easy to make.
I just love cabbage but I have IBS-D so I can't tolerate it 😥. I'm not vegan, but this does look really lovely. I don't like chick peas...could I swap? But no beans, unfortunately....

Thank you for such a kind comment Shannon! By mixed herbs I mean premade mixed you can get in your local stores, my favourite is italian. This herb mix contains oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme and rosemary, and sometimes dried garlic! ❤️❤️❤️

I like the way you really got the most flavor out of the lemon slice. I will follow that idea. Also, I like the salt & pepper on the sheet pan 1st. Never thought to do that, right with the oil.

This looks good.The only thing I wouldn't have is the corn.Because corn is for making Cow's fat and the trouble was corn.Is it has lectins, which causes inflammation in our body. Watch Doctor steven Gundry. I would replace the corn with beans that have no lectins when you cook them in a pressure cooker.however, Steven mentioned that you can buy a brand of can beans that they pressure cook the beans. I was raised as a young girl on the farm with a pressure cooker.And I was never bothered by beans. But when I moved out on my own and stopped pressure cooking. My fand bought canned food such as canned beain't or making the beans right from scratch. I had severe gas and cramps. And so I decided I'm going to test to see if I'm still highly allergic to lentils. And so I went and bought a can of Lentils. It said that the lentils had been pressure cooked and it did not bother me whatsoever. I think my father knew what he was doing when he cooked all our food and our meat and our garden vegetables in a pressure cooker.
