Yes its true that there are very few jobs after bds. But your success in this profession totally depends on you, there is competition and saturation in most fields these days but if you are a good dentist you will succeed sooner or later. So if you have plans to open a clinic and have patience you can opt for bds. Also there are multiple additional courses post bds like mds, MHA etc. I have interest in academics so I am working as an assistant professor in an institute. So everything depends upon what you like to do and how can you make your hobby your profession.
Agar hard work karoge tob ho jayega clear. Tough lagega thoda kyuki saare subjects ki books english mein hai but try kiya toh ho jayega. And studies ke saath clinical work bhi important hota hai. If clinical mein haath acha hai toh zyada problem nai aayegi
