Just wanted to hop on here and say thank you to everyone for your kind words and amazing support. I means the world to me and I really appreciate it. All my best, Pete
Been watching you since you came on board at Andertons ,what a ride,Maybe I will get to catch you at a NAMM or my dream to visit Andertons one day, Until then i will be watching,Learning and laughing with you guys, I love your playing,Thanx for being You, Knoxville Tn.USA
I’m a drummer and started playing guitar and now taking guitar lessons at least partly from watching Pete and the Anderton gang during COVID. Thank you Pete!
Same! And because Rob Chapman lives in Malta like I do, we became friends and thanks to him I met Pete and all the other dudes at Chapman guitars as well....All the Chapman boys are top lads, super chilled and sooooo friendly. Had an amazing evening with them all!
This is what's great about guitar and guitar players. You never know how they will resonate with someone as the experience is unique to everyone. I am a fan of Pete's, and think he is a very good player but the fact that he's your "favourite" just goes to show how different we all are.
Such a good interview It is clear Pete has gotten to where he his from his kindness and willingness to help others and give anything and everything a go (gigs and jobs). Plus his dedication to do the best at the job at hand, whether it be playing the gig as the musical director has asked or learning to make UA-cam video from zero knowledge. That is why we follow you, thank you for inspiring us to play guitar ❤
I really enjoyed this interview. Already loved Pete's playing and his sense of humour, but this showed the human side, and he seems like a genuine, generous, happy, good dude! Your success is well deserved 👌
Pete has a knack for playing and comedy like Roy Clark. The most glorious element about Pete is his passion and humility. He is Gifted beyond measure and his back story is so compelling for us wanna be guitarists. Purple Pete.... I watched the anguish on your face after the blindfold T- style shootout... not knowing your purple tele was in the mix. Your playing it and the feel really did shine thru as it being your own. You did guess it before taking the blindfold off. The romance between you and that instrument will never end. Love your history and thanks for sharing to us all.
I was lucky enough to meet you at the NAMM show this year in Anaheim at the Chapman booth. You happened to be standing off to the side by yourself for a minute. I picked up the guitar at 59 after I retired and you have been a huge inspiration to me. Your playing is just beautiful. I love the Andertons videos and my favorite parts are always the into and outro jams. I'm glad to hear your life story. Great interview.
We always knew Pete was a great guitarist, but this little biography piece confirms what we suspected… that he’s a great human being too! Keep on keepin in, Mr H.
The morals of the story, be a good person, practice, be on time, dont be an asshole, do your stuff, be friendly and nice to others.... Pete you are a legend
I was one of the lucky 300 who saw Pete at the Birmingham Guitar Show & was stood only 3 feet in front of him...the set was amazing and he came across as a really nice guy who could do things with a guitar that I can only dream of. I took up guitar 15 months ago at the age of 66 & discovered Andertons on UA-cam. Pete and The Captain have been an inspiration & it's just a shame I didn't try guitar at an earlier age. Keep up the good work and I hope you achieve your ambition of touring again...maybe you could be the star on stage this time!! PS. I visited Denmark this time last year and love the place and the people & I will be going back there.
There arent many guitar players that I could sit and listen to all day long. Pete is one of very few. His chord choices are just exquisite, absolutely inspirational to me as a writer.
I love to hear your tasty and soulful guitar licks on Anderton videos. God has blessed your hands with tone, Pete. He gave you music. He puts it in you, draws it out, and orchestrates all the stuff you say was "surreal". Thanks for sharing.
Bloody hell Pete. Been watching Andertons videos for years but never knew you had such a good career. I literally thought you were some Andertons employee who ended up doing a load of UA-cam videos. Haha. Hats off mate. Keep rocking. 👍
As a guitarist I really enjoy musicians' origin stories, what motivated and excited them about music and guitars. Pete is the perfect example of a great work ethic and being ready when opportunity knocks and being a likable guy, no one wants to work with difficult people. This is the story I was hoping for, thanks, Pete!
Pete is a musician, we all enjoy and love. He knows what he is talking about and has so much experiance. He puts a smile on my face, even, if I am sad or tired. This guy is the living example of: if you follow your heart, your way can turn to gold. I wish all the best for you.😊
Huge love for Danish Pete. One of the great modern "UA-cam Guitarists". Shame about the insanely harsh lighting in the video, but that doesn't detract from the story.
Pete. I so underestimated you. You're a great, warm guy that has a sick connection with the guitar. The only thing I will hold against you is love for telecaster ❤
WOW!!!!!! THANK YOU, VERY MUCH, FOR TELLING THIS AMAZING LIFE-STORY!!!!!! I THINK YOU ARE RIGHT!! GOD KNOWS WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, AND WHY, WE, EACH, ARE GUIDED THRU OUR LIVES!! "BRAVO!!"... MAY GOD BLESS YOU, ALWAYS!!...
Clearly a great guy and great guitarist!! What Pete and the Andertons guys have created transcends just being videos to sell gear, they’ve created legit entertainment for the millions of guitar players and fans around the world. Couldn’t be happier for Pete, this was wonderful!
I really didn't know that. I take off my hat and bow deeply. Congratulations Pete and team. Really great video and thank you very much for it. 👍👍👍 Greetings from Germany
Even after all these experiences and after all this time, it seems to me that Pete, still can’t believe or understand why it all happened to him. A humble character. A amazing musician and inspiration. Thanks to all involved with this interview and video 👍🏻
Ive just recently caught on to watching the Anderton's videos and I really enjoy them. Had no idea who Pete was, anything about him at all, but was immediately drawn to his playing...great player! Really like his looping stuff..so Im about to try that for myself. Pete obviously really knows his gear...but it is so very obvious that his real tone is in his hands..Im sure he could make elastic bands on a shoe box sound good!
4 million views per month!! That’s Eastenders viewing figures! The thing with Pete and all the Andertons crew is that they’re all so genuine and real. Keep it up Pete, very grateful for all your content.
Pete, so nice to realize that it is not only an idea or perception, you are kind, polite, respectful, honest, humble and hard working, thank you for for being who you are, and helping us by sharing it. Cheers and take care.
It's so obvious that he's had the success he's had by the simple approach of being a very nice, ego-less guy who can play guitar exceptionally well. Probably a lesson for all of us there - be kind and good at what you do and you'll be successful and happy.
This is right up at the top of all "How I Got My Break" stories. Pete, you are a wonderful example for guitarists (and every other vocation) because your success is directly related to all the hard work and dedication you've applied. Yes, a lot of it is luck and 'who you know', but good things do not happen if The Power Brokers can see you're not enthusiastically and seriously applying yourself to your work. Everything you have achieved thus far in life is directly related to the sort of person you are, and you are a gem. Cheers, mate!
That was such a good watch.... I hope Pete realises just how much the rank and file guitar players admire what he does and how he does it.... Live the life dude, and enjoy every minute of it.... :-)
Great video. What a lovely guy. Pete’s comments about ‘paying it forward’ really resonated with me. A couple of years back I bought a Dane pedal. After playing it a while I wondered if it had a problem (the only problem it had was me!). I had a rush of blood to my head and one Sunday lunchtime I messaged Pete on Instagram. I was 100% convinced I’d get no reply, just a moment of craziness. Minutes later back came Pete, asking questions, had me send a little video, more questions and advice. I couldn’t have been more amazed. He must have spent an hour or so helping me, a guy he didn’t know from a hole in the ground! In my view a great guitarist, funny as hell and a true gent. Thanks for your time Pete.
Great story Pete! It’s inspiring to hear you found your way in life, combining your passion, carreer and a family life. I’m still trying to make the puzzle fit day by day, thanks for sharing this story, it’s a great motivation! 😉👍🎸
It’s because you are so humble, and just yourself…a good man, a great guitar player, and a sincere human being who cares about other people…people make there own luck too…thanks Pete, I’ll always be watching..
Pete, you have had an amazing life. Thanks for sharing. I have enjoyed your videos on Andertons. You have made wise decisions(in my opinion). Family first…you will never regret it. Please stay humble and people will always love you.
Pete, I’m across the pond, and admittedly hadn’t heard of you... Then watching Andertons, I became a fan of your playing and personality. Both top notch, man. Thanks so much for sharing this! Respects due. I’m a bigger fan now. Humility is noble, mate. You stayed real. Cheers, Pete.😊
Pete, I'm really glad you fell into Andertons - always enjoy hearing you play. Hey, maybe you and Lee and Rob should do a gig together from time to time, just to scratch that itch!
I grew up like him in south western Oklahoma! Best part of my life, my mom would gives us money for beer, lol. She was a great mother and expected nothing but our best! Love the guitar and music
Thanks Pete for the wonderful insight of your experience. Awesome story , it makes all appreciate the dedication that it takes for the show biz. Thanks again Pete👍😎
Great interview, I have been a fan of DanishPete for a while now (because of his playing)… without knowing his fantastic story… I hope someday I can go to the UK and get to say hi to him in person… best regards from northern Germany (very close to DK 😜)
Pete’s humbleness and genuine naïveté along with his humour are what made me choose one of the special m2m Les Paul R8 (that he and Lee had built to his spec as a tribute to his 58 LP) as my first proper Les Paul. My own present to me for my 40th
The best people are people with loads of talent but are still humble. Pete is phenomenal, it was really nice to see how appreciative he is of what he has been able to do. His passion for guitar still flows out of him. Great interview!
What a great story. Ordinary greatness is what it’s all about for me, and Pete is an inspiration - do what you do, try to do it well, be nice about it.
I could see Pete performing a one man show some day. Maybe when the girls are grown. He could hold down a solid 90 minutes between his playing and telling stories of his life. I'd gladly pay to see that! Such a positive and humble guy.
Ledge. As shown in his playing, as well as in his story: Pete knows when not to play … Great touch, feel, and natural ability to read the room (sometimes). Great vid!
Just wanted to hop on here and say thank you to everyone for your kind words and amazing support. I means the world to me and I really appreciate it. All my best, Pete
Pete you’re the man! You’re guitar playing is inspirational.
You're an excellent story teller.... this is a wonderful piece here.
It's about time we knew more about Pete the Legend!
Been watching you since you came on board at Andertons ,what a ride,Maybe I will get to catch you at a NAMM or my dream to visit Andertons one day, Until then i will be watching,Learning and laughing with you guys, I love your playing,Thanx for being You, Knoxville Tn.USA
Loved this video Pete!! Awesome stuff....as usual!!! 😊
I Think Pete should Really know how many people love him around the world. Pete is a gift to us all.
To me, he's the ultimate guitarist. In terms of tone and genres he plays, he just has the whole package. Brilliant guy, amazing player!
@@AvACyberSecurity I agree 100%
Well said. I agree.
I agree. Humble, kind, knows exactly how to play with different levels of players, and gives honest feedback
Seems to be a really nice light hearted guy. I’d like to hang with em an talk guitar
Man, Pete is a treasure. Thanks for this piece.
Pete is one of the greatest guitar players in history. I have no reservations making that statement.
Even Pete would disagree with you thoroughly.
Pete’s a good guy. He’s my favorite player. Beautiful natural feel and above all very tasteful playing. Always the right notes on time.
This is what's great about guitar and guitar players. You never know how they will resonate with someone as the experience is unique to everyone. I am a fan of Pete's, and think he is a very good player but the fact that he's your "favourite" just goes to show how different we all are.

Great comment. Reminds me of the Zig Ziegler quote,”you can get anything you want, if you help enough other people, get what they want”
"why are people coming to see me"...people come to see you because you inspire others and are an amazing guitar player!!
I really enjoyed this interview. Already loved Pete's playing and his sense of humour, but this showed the human side, and he seems like a genuine, generous, happy, good dude!
Your success is well deserved 👌
Plus one. Well said!
What a nice guy.
I’ve always thought Lee & Pete should do a theatre tour, anecdotes, back story, influences, playing. I’d pay to see that as I’m sure others would.
Absolutely agree. It worked for the old Top Gear Chimps!
Pete has a knack for playing and comedy like Roy Clark. The most glorious element about Pete is his passion and humility. I would buy tickets!

Pete is such a down to earth guy. Amazing player and one of the biggest reasons I watch Anderson’s UA-cam channel. Amazing story. All the best!
Never get tired of hearing his history. This one had more details than previous. Really dug the old pictures and footage of his performances.
Humility, enthusiasm and skills.
Go Pete!!
We always knew Pete was a great guitarist, but this little biography piece confirms what we suspected… that he’s a great human being too! Keep on keepin in, Mr H.

Kids listen up. Left home at 17. Always had a second job. Didn't complain. So humble. So grateful. Get on with it like Pete!
Love for Danish Pete Honore - totally inspirational - the whole musical life unfolding from Copenhagen to Anderton's was awesome :)
To hear Petes story from the man himself is a treat, and his experience is something that should be taught to all aspiring musicians.
This is ace . Serendipity and passing it forwards, yay oh yay👍👍
There arent many guitar players that I could sit and listen to all day long. Pete is one of very few. His chord choices are just exquisite, absolutely inspirational to me as a writer.

Wow. DJ Encore, Cybercity, DSL-connections. Love it! And what an awesome dude!

Talent and humility do not often come together. Great interview Pete 👍
Huge love for Danish Pete. One of the great modern "UA-cam Guitarists".

Great Channel.
Great interview, I have been a fan of DanishPete for a while now (because of his playing)… without knowing his fantastic story… I hope someday I can go to the UK and get to say hi to him in person… best regards from northern Germany (very close to DK 😜)
I started watching this channel a couple of yrs ago and instantly liked Pete.
These stories help explain why he’s got that versatile musical ability .
We love you Pete! Keep giving us your tunes and videos!
Yes family is important, finding a work/life balance is super tough. 🧡💛💚💙
What a great story. Ordinary greatness is what it’s all about for me, and Pete is an inspiration - do what you do, try to do it well, be nice about it.
Well said, friend.
Pete, your an awesome person, and a great guitarist. You make watching andertons videos fun to watch. Keep up the great videos like this one
Great vid!
Great to know you’re story Pete , A fantastic journey many thanks for all your work 👍🏻🎸🏴👏👏
