- Hey guys! I know that this is something that you wouldn't usually find on a music UA-cam channel, but I thought I would share a life update as I'm a senior in high school! I hope you enjoy the video, and if you're new here, make sure to check out some of my other videos!

Dude, you are the king of the waitlist. I've watched about 3 dozen of these, and you are by far in the lead. There is, however, a QUEEN of the waitlist whose results were very similar to yours.
Wow! I knew that I had a lot of waitlists but I didn’t know that I qualified that much!
No one should go to a school that waitlisted them unless there's no other good options who really wanted you, accepted you and offered scholarship.
All of these waitlists must've been really frustrating, but you good into some pretty great schools! Congratulations!! I also got into Princeton, so I might see you on campus next year (maybe :))!

Congrats on Princeton!!! I mostly applied to colleges on the west coast, but I also applied to CMU (and got rejected, CS lol)
Yeah anyway I'll probably end up at the University of Washington, I somehow got directly admitted into their CS program as an out of state student

Congratulations! I've looked into acceptance rates these years for all major colleges, this year is v tough, and extremely challenging. I'm glad that my D got into NYU last year, it has a record high no. of applicants, a record low acceptance rate.

Hey Justin- good job. I noticed your Christian hoodie and wanted to let you know that there is a Christian group just for the Ivies called Christian Union (actually founded at Princeton) which you definitely want to look into. There are a great group of students there- and you will find common fellowship with other Ivy Leaguers. This is not an ad. I just came across the video and thought I'd let you know. My brother is a Princeton grad and also was a member of CU (Christian Union). Best of luck!

incredible job. THis just shows how random the whole selection process is. Obviously you have to have the neccesary requirements to get in, but after that it seems so random. If you can get into the top School in the country, then what is the reason you are getting rejected from Yale? In the end (after qualfying to apply), it seems like it needs a lot of luck
I definitely agree! I think a lot of the times these schools have a wide variety of things that they are looking for, and it's just really hard to know what they're looking for!
