2024 is an important time woman vote 💙 don’t lose your voice
OMG! All of these women are incredible! Thank you to all those involved who honored Helen in a most beautiful and creative way. To be honest I had never heard of some of these women before. I will however be very intentional in supporting their careers in the future.
Helen was a dear friend. I know that she would be moved by this tribute, and embrace the diversity of singers who came together in her name.
I am so so proud listening to that as Aussie ... release that as a single ... 👏👏absolutely beautiful
I loved this version ... although Helen Reddy's cersion has stayed locked in my head for 50+ years, and will remain. I was only a teenager when the original was released but I immediately loved it - it was so inspiring.
I might be a man ... but I've sung this to myself for 50+ years and it's continued to inspire me all these years!!
Helen Reddy was the second Australian to ever win a Grammy!
Still recommend listening to the original if you haven’t. Such a great song and such a beautiful tribute 💕
The trombone sounds good in the original.
And way better than this effort.
I recognise all of them in order; Jessica Mauboy, Amy Shark,
Marcia Hines, Tones & I,
Kate Cebrano, Montaigne, McClymonts, Delta Goodrem, Christine Anu, Emma Wiggle.
What a diverse bunch of female singers-they are all very different and talented in their own right.
Would have been nice to see the great Colleen Hewett among them though.Love them all and especially the wonderful Helen Reddy who was a great singer.
Nobody ever in this entire universe will sing that song like Helen Reddy did. Never ever in 1 million years
Indeed
Only Helen Reddy can you sing this song!
It's called a tribute, its what happens when your contemporaries, love and respect you enough to pay high honor.
True but great tribute
I don’t think Helen Reddy’s focus would be on who sang it as good as she did. I think she (as a feminist) would be happy to see a vast demographic of women coming together as individuals to create a tribute to her and the equality that she lead/helped create for all of us. I think she would be happy that women are still singing it and still fighting. Let’s not get things twisted!! 🤷🏼♀️
Somewhere Helen is looking down and so proud of the talented, formidable and I will say beautiful souls on stage paying her a wonderful tribute. I am in awe and so proud of Helen and this super group. The best in the world. RIP our Helen.
She is singing in Heaven💛✨💛
I was young when Helen Reddy birthed I Am Woman into the collective psyche now I am much older and watching the re-birthing tribute with such a rich, culturally diverse group of women makes my heart soar....
👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 YESSSS !! Blessings On blessings!!
Boyanup
Big girls on the move, that was beautifully stated!
Australia..more than Hogan, Irwin and snakes..also second country on earth to allow women to vote, origin of the 8 hour day, and home of this universal anthem, Ms Helen Reddy, and Ms Germaine Greer, feminist icons.

Oh I loved watching and listening to this. Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!! Wow!! You still got it.
Helen 'still had it' just before she died despite living with alzheimers, Marcia will always have it too. This is ageist commentary.
Should have been just Marcia and Kate , forget the others and their weird voices
Beautiful sisterhood combined with uplifting message of strength, pain and victory. Thank You Helen Reddy!!!

Even though she was more conservative than a feminist, this is the first song I thought of when I read the breaking news yesterday that U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein had passed away at 90 yrs old. The City of San Francisco & the United States owes a great deal of gratitude to Senator Feinstein whose accomplishments include a long list of firsts for women as well as many historic improvements for citizens of all genders, races & ages. She was known for reaching across the aisle which we all can learn from. This is a huge loss for our country, even though she was not going to run for re-election in 2024 since her health was declining. #RIPSenatorFeinstein

Brilliant : ThankYou Girls/Women - a gentle version,
Emma Wiggle has a beautiful voice! I had no idea!
@dutoiu hour and Delta had to stuff it up coz shes a me, me, me girl. They should've omitted her and allowed her to cover, Shannon Noll's cover of "what about me" on her own.
She never trained as a singer before becoming a Wiggle. Before she went on the road at the end of 2009, being cast as Fairy Larissa, I don't know, she trained her voice, and now she's wonderful.
I didn’t even recognize her at first!
OMG! You all make not only me BUT Australia PROUD! Love, Love Loved It!

I am woman, hear me roar
In numbers too big to ignore
And I know too much to go back an' pretend
'Cause I've heard it all before
And I've been down there on the floor
No one's ever gonna keep me down again
Oh yes, I am wise
But it's wisdom born of pain
Yes, I've paid the price
But look how much I gained
If I have to, I can do anything
I am strong
(Strong)
I am invincible
(Invincible)
I am woman
You can bend but never break me
'Cause it only serves to make me
More determined to achieve my final goal
And I come back even stronger
Not a novice any longer
'Cause you've deepened the conviction in my soul
Oh yes, I am wise
But it's wisdom born of pain
Yes, I've paid the price
But look how much I gained
If I have to, I can do anything
I am strong
(Strong)
I am invincible
(Invincible)
I am woman
I am woman watch me grow
See me standing toe to toe
As I spread my lovin' arms across the land
But I'm still an embryo
With a long, long way to go
Until I make my brother understand
Oh yes, I am wise
But it's wisdom born of pain
Yes, I've paid the price
But look how much I gained
If I have to, I can face anything
I am strong

Women all over the world have overcome quite a bit, still lots to do for those left behind. Makes me mad when in the new some women are complaining they don't get pay at the same level as CEO's men! These CEO men should never been paid that much in the first place! It is not about been paid like men but to act like a woman with care and nurture no matter in what environment. And that is what these women CEO lack, they have been mentored by men. Wonderful voices and performance. Cheers
I'm not a Feminist; never was and never will be, at least not in the traditional sense. However, I love this song! I was never told and never felt like there was anything I couldn't do just because I was a woman. I do believe in equal opportunities for men and women alike, but we are not alike. Instead of trying to be like men, why not just be the best women, best person we can be. Let's do like the French and Vive la Duffèrence!
Update me when this is on Spotify!
100 % WOMANPOWER ! What a great Performance and my Queen Jessica Mauboy looks so beautiful. I love her so much and her Voice. 💖

"The Hand That Rocks the Cradle Is the Hand That Rules the World" is a poem by William Ross Wallace that praises motherhood as the preeminent force for change in the world. The poem was first published in 1865 under the title "What Rules the World". Us women are stronger than you give us credit for! 💪👍..... Sit up men and Take Heed!! The stronger sex is weaker than the weaker sex, cos of the weakness of the stronger sex for the weaker sex! Now put that in your pipe and smoke it!!! 🤣🤣🤣

I wish they would have sung it lik Helen without all the runs. I admire the trubute, but not the song. No one could sing this better than Helen.
Deltra and Christine Anu were the best, of course it has nothing on the aria hall of fame tribute.
They fought hard for you, please wake up and honor their lives. This is easy, there is only one political party on you side, figure it out and vote for them!!
i loved them all but emma seemed to be the least self conscious of them and was just having fun. That was just my observation, but it was great!!!
Brilliant concept. Marcia was the Queen the way she sang it with strength and conviction. Wanted to include Tina Arena, Wendy Matthews. I think Delta fluffed your line but she was busy that night and had ear-piece issues going on. She recovered it well like a true professional.
