Don't know if you're going to see this but to give some feedback on this ASMRterpiece. The changing focus with the lights in the background knock you out even when you're not trying to sleep. Might be something to do with a manual lens in the future to do it more often whilst filming. Truly works like a charm and especially with the Glow of the lights in the background. Merci Beaucoup once again.

The background when the camera focus your hand is precious, the POV its so cozy, face brushing, face touching, breathing sounds, the trigger words, so simple but so effective, old but gold.
This video is a 10/10 for me, appreciated.

The wooshing sound is one of Glow's trademark triggers, and on my top 5 best triggers of all time!
Sleep secret: Night caps. Not the drink, the hat. Long sleeve t-shirts work too, as you can roll up the neck and shoulders to make a sleep mask, fold the main body of the shirt over your head as the nightcap, and tie the sleeves at the back of your head to hold everything in place. Sleep masks are are popular, but people are sleeping (ayy!) on nightcaps.
