My 2016 birthday boy from Orange Grove Nursery has arrived! It's baby Harry Potter and his handsome wardrobe of vintage-inspired outfits by his artist.
I like how people take there time with a box opening and don't mind the time ( the bigger and the longer the better ) I love seeing all the neat stuff they get with there new little one .
What a wonderful box opening. Baby Harry is so adorable. Love the hair combo. The outfits are great, but, I really love the diaper cover. I laughed, when I saw that it had buses all over it. Yay, I'm so glad you love him! :) I'm not sure if that little onesie will fit him, but he needed a onesie under the sailor outfit. All I had on hand was preemie long sleeved, but I use that same size/style on Sleepy and it ends up being more of a short sleeve and the body fits him fine. The orange paci is an ORANGE btw, not an apple. ;) And, I figured I could get away with putting a Gryffindor pennant in because both of Harry's parents were in Gryffindor house. :)

But i actually have a Harry Potter wand replica that i bought way before i learned about reborns so i plan on using that as a prop!! I love your little Harry!! And i must say im a huge Potter fan......i have read all the books and seen all the movies :-D
The deer was a reference in the movie. When he was looking across the lake and saw the deer, and he thought it was his dad, but it was actually himself. I forgot what those demonic spirit things are called. It’s been so long since I saw that movie, but they were trying to suck Harry’s life out of him and the buck came along across the lake. I love Harry Potter and I love your Harry Potter Reborn. He’s fantastic. Congratulations. Wish I had one.
This was an amazing box opening. I didn't even notice the time until you mentioned it because it was so exciting listening to your reaction to all she had done. Your voice says how appreciative you are & how truly special this reborn was to both of you. As for the nay sayers all I can say is, "POSH" it's your baby, you're decision, your taste & your choice. I don't see the need for negative comments especially in this community where everyone has a different reason for being here & loving reborns, real borns or collectable dolls. Congratulations sorry this is so late but I'm new to this & just adopted my first reborn last week. Take care & God Bless!!!

+raychul-emma True. I wanted a smaller sized reborn because I tend to like the newborn size the best. There are also a lot more kits in this size, so it is easier for the artist to find a sculpt that matches what baby Harry would look like.

raychul-emma I did not take it that way at all. It was a difficult decision for both of us. Our inspiration for the clothes was Prince George's vintage style.
