Tableau speed tipping rematch: 87 tips in 50 minutes?

In this top-rated sessions from TC16, Tableau Zen Masters Andy Kriebel and Jeffrey Shaffer raced the clock completing 86 quick tips in 50 minutes. Andy had a very narrow (and questionable) victory, so they have agreed to a rematch using all new tips. Awesome tips
Could you provide tip for sorting date fields in filters and it should be updated dynamically instead manual sort whenever new data has been added.
In my case data source filter also not properly applied. So I changed default properties of sorting and sorted manually.
