Seems like an attempt to revive the old ice boys team, although it seems his freezes last 2 turns? The pursuit mechanic with his basic attack is for him to keep adding ice seals and his own marks but I dunno. Nobody plays frost anymore due to all the counters, and passive massive damage running rampant and if you want to use that team, Athex Surplice and Camus Surplice do the job faster. He should have at least have a skill to completely stop all passive actions (Shura DC pursuits, Thanatos explosion, Shaka DC AOE attacks, etc.). With a kit that seems so outdated Dégel will be the first disappointment of 2025.
