I bought a afe magnum flow pro s drop in air filter to go along with the silver bullet tbs and i can tell a difference. I'm going to get the Hondata flash pro mini over the Holiday & see if i have it running to lean..Time will tell i guess
@@Stephincyber grats on the mods! I don't think you'll notice a big difference with the AFRs, if any really. The only time I've seen big AFR differences on N/A cars is when there is an injector issue or if doing a major N/A build like engine build and so on. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I forgot to mention it in the video, but the bracket that dropped on the ground goes to the side back of the throttle body to bolt in the bolts for the throttle body. There's one on the left and right side. Also I put a link for the part in the description if you are looking to pick one up. The link is for the K24, just like the one in the video. Thanks for watching.
I just install mine on a 2017 accord v6. I know it’s not a big deal but mine did not come with a sticker saying the brand or no sticker period. For $141 I would like it to be branded. It can pass as cheap one from eBay.
Thanks for that information. On their website it says if it does not have the sticker that means it's not carb certified. Maybe that's why yours doesn't have it. Maybe they got rid of the certification. Can't say for sure. I'd personally contact aFe to see what they have to say. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Yes, when you buy a premium part it should atleast look good… the jet performance ones look the best with their blue anodize.. i got a steeda one and it has steeda engraved in the top.
Awesome Accord, I picked one up because I've wanted one for a while. But I've been trying 2 look for mods like Tubo kit. Can you please tell me who makes that kit I would really appreciate it.
Thank you. Sorry for the delayed response. Glad to hear you picked one up, hope you enjoy it. The kit can be found here bit.ly/9thGenAccordTurboKit. There are 2 options, one for the 6 cylinder and one for the 4 cylinder. This is the only kit I am aware of for these cars. Thanks a lot for watching and commenting.
Honestly, not sure. It doesn't mention it on their website or in the instructions. I would have to recommend contacting them to see if that is possible. If I were to guess, I would say it does, if it didn't I would assume it would say it on the website. Sorry I couldn't give a firm answer. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I have the same car and I was thinking about purchasing both the spacer and caí and aswell the afe Takeda axle back for a deeper tone. But before I make my decision did you really feel any power difference with the spacer and cold air intake or seen any mpg increase.
I recently this on my 2017 accord coupe, yet the second I turned it on, the throttle wouldn't respond and it will turn off. Do you think you know what that may be? I did drop one bracket so do you think it can be that?
You will need both brackets to properly tighten all 4 bolts. If there is no throttle response that tells me the the throttle body sensor is not fully connected. Hope that helps, sorry I don't have a better answer. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Intalled this on my 2014 accord coupe. I have k&n intake, borla exhaust, and tune. When stepping all the way down on the throttle my rpms start to slow down after 4k rpms when before they’d just shoot up on full throttle can someone tell me why this occurred? It seems like I lost power. Is my car not getting enough air or is it something else ??
I haven't had any issues like that. I definitely recommend contacting aFe to see if they might have any insight on this. I am certain one thing they might ask is that you made sure that it was installed properly and if the arrows are pointing the right way. Also if you made sure everything was tightened properly. Thanks for watching and commenting. Hope that you get yours figured out.
@@FULLTHROTTLEAUTO yeah I’m gonna check today after work if everything was installed properly. Maybe too much power for the cvt lol jk. I’m gonna reflash the ecu and see if that works. Other than that I get no check engine light so idk. I’ll comment back on here if I find the issue.
No idea. Since I don't own a V6 I'm not sure. I haven't looked into it. I know P2R makes something but I don't know if that's the best option. I would take a look at what's available on heeltoe website and then go from there. Sorry I didn't have more information for you. Thanks for watching and commenting.
It goes behind the throttle body. There's 2 brackets. Each bracket is for two of the throttle body bolts. One bracket goes on the left and other on right side of the throttle body.

I installed this with my k&n typhoon intake, had to make some modifications to the mount of the intake because the TBS pushed the intake out a fair bit.
I actually would do this. However the next battery I'm spending money on will be lithium. But if lithium wasn't an option I would listen to you. Thanks a lot for watching and commenting.

when’s the turbo coming in?
Wish I could say soon, but it'll be a while. I have more stuff coming for the Accord however outside the turbo.

The throttle body spacer isn't carb exempt?
Some aren't. If it has the sticker on it then it is. Or at least that's what aFe says.

Do you need to cut the intake
If you have an aftermarket one yes. Not a stock one. I believe I mentioned this in the video.

Will this work on the sport model too? Cvt
Yes this would work on the sport model since with has the same 2.4L 4 cylinder.

What aftermarket Air Intake do you have?
Same brand as the throttle body spacer aFe.

So far I haven't seen any increase or decrease in MPG, even with a performance tune on the car.

Will this FIt 2.4 ?
Nvm 😂
Glad you figured it out! 😂
Where did the bracket that fell off end up going to?

Can I install this piece without an intake & just keep my stock one!
