Your custom "holders" brackets for the water jug/bucket are great examples of what someone can design. Did you use steel or aluminum? steel stronger and easier to weld vs. aluminum lighter. For the 2021+ models of ACS, they removed the holes in the t-channels. so now you just use his T-Nuts and bolts to mount anything in the side or cross bars. Still easy.

great rig. Toyota needs to take a lead from Land Rover in one respect, have protective plates on wings and bonnet/hood to attach tools and spare tyre. Matte paint option would be good too

I think you should be making those open shelves for this Leitner system or offer that idea to Leitner CEO and get some money for your design.

What keeps people from just un bolting the boxes and taking all the boxes off?
a lock, or a bolt is only there to keep an honest person honest.

I used cedar pickets. Cut them a half inch short of the width. Makes for a nice little shelf. Notched out a place for the door holding stand

I park my truck on the street in front of my house. How secure are the box locks? Are they really tough to get into or are they easy to Jimmy open?
They're tough; will keep casual thieves out.
