Love you all. So very sad.If not for Henry VIII. I believe England would still be a Catholic Country. I am English. Living in Northeastern Pa. I was brought up in the Church of England, always thought it was so very wrong what Henry did.

The most amazing part of all of this is that the truth is right in front for all to see. Yet look how many people deny God's church and follow all these man made religions. Every single religion has been stolen from the Catholic church. There is no denying that.

Hampton Court Palace was given to Henry VIII by Wolsey prior to Wolsey's fall.

No it wasn’t. Henry VII TOOK it from Wolsey because it was the largest and most opulent castle.
Henry VII was illegitimate. Never changed. Long live King Richard III!

Henry viii is the founder of the Protestant faith, so scary.

There is evidence that Henry VIII was a practicing Catholic until the day he died. I think I got this from reading Alison Weir.

Except that he didn't accept papal authority so no, not Catholic. He may have (as I think Marcus mentioned in this talk) continue the practices, as his Anglican church still does today, but by making himself head of his own church he was de facto excommunicated.

Thats not right. He died a full protestant. No last sacrament.
