@@Smartdrivingusa Depends on the situation. My life isn't worth a car so I just record, get info, call the cops. Hit and run in my state can result in your license being taken away for a year. Just the mention of calling the cops and reporting it has caused 3 people to stay and exchange info. The public transit sucks, uber is expensive, and driving without a license basically means you lose everything.
This is why I'm scared to drive anymore...and I have cameras everywhere on my car.
