Q1: Please introduce us to your solo album ME and the title track FLOWER!
My solo album is called ME, and it reflects on the charms of solo JISOO, and eventually finds the unique and colourful image of JISOO.

The title track FLOWER has a distinct timbre as the foundation, added with a minimalist arrangement, which makes it an addictive song to dance to. The poetic lyrics, ‘I left behind only the scent of flowers’ corresponds to the special stage presented. I hope everyone can focus on this.
Q2: When preparing for the album, why were there two versions: RED and BLACK, and which one did you like more?
When preparing for this album, I first thought of the colour RED. While taking the jacket photos, I thought about RED flowers, as there was an abundance of RED backgrounds and RED outfits. Yet after trying out a few different styles, I felt that I can also portray the BLACK version’s atmosphere very well. In this album, both versions can display the concept of FLOWER very well. It’s too hard to pick!! I love both of them!!

Q3: JISOO, can you please share with your fans what is your favourite dish in hot pot? How did you develop such a strong liking to hot pot?
Firstly, I especially love tomato broth hot pot, and I love bok choy the most, also a type of circular bean curd, the kind that rolls up. (Beancurd rolls) Oh and meat, I eat the most meat!!

Yea and that’s it. In the beginning I started as I loved to eat spicy food, so I liked stir-fried spicy hot pot, and my friends around me also know that I love shabu shabu. As I like shabu shabu, and I like spicy food, so I thought I would like hot pot. When I first went to a hot pot shop, I totally fell for it!

Q4: JISOO, can you please share tips to taking beautiful photos?
Well, I am not too good at taking selfies, so I will just take many photos, and choose a few of them. I guess this is the secret to taking good pictures!
Q5: A lot of people feel healed when they see JISOO. When you need self healing, how would you do it?
I do nothing. I just lie down, listen to music, and zone out. This way, I will be healed.
Q6: When did JISOO's love to Hello Kitty begin?
At the beginning, it did not start out as "Wow! I love Hello Kitty!" or some sort. Instead, when buying notebooks or pens, or when buying phone cases, I often have difficulty in choosing. So if I have a character that I particularly like, it'd be much more convenient when choosing, right? I initially thought this way. Then, unexpectedly, a lot of people gave me Hello Kitty presents, so now I collected a lot of Hello Kitty products!

Q7: If you have a chance to travel to China, which city would you like to visit the most?

I went to the city of Shanghai before. The night scenery was beautiful, and the hot pot I ate back then was delicious. (Hot pot is a must!!) The tanghulu was also delicious! So if there is a chance, I would want to visit Shanghai again!
Q8: In the VLOG series "HAPPY JISOO 103%", it documented the wonderful memories of JISOO in various cities. Can you share with us the most romantic moment during the trip?
As I wanted to prepare some gifts for BLINKs during the tour, so I made time to film "HAPPY JISOO 103%".

Although I was once worried whether this was the correct way to film, after I tried my best to film everywhere, and when I saw the edited video, and when I saw that BLINKs loved it very much, I knew that filming this is a correct decision. Because in our busy daily lives, forgotten moments are all recorded down, and it feels romantic that way. If I have to choose one thing, it would be the Christmas Markets that kept appearing from December up until March now. It was very memorable. Although I did not expect that I would still be publishing Christmas content in Spring, but I planned on publishing all Christmas related content before my album came out, and try my best to enter the next theme.

Q9: The video clip of JISOO jumping up and giving a heart to fans in the airport went viral, and passers-by thought that it was very cute. What emotions did you want to convey to your fans at that moment?
When I saw fans at the airport, it had been a long time since I last saw them up close, so I felt that the moment was very precious. I wanted to leave fans with a good memory, so I did what I did!

Q10: For JISOO's SOLO debut, what did the other BLACKPINK members do to support you?
While preparing for the album, my members kept on asking me how different things should be done. They accompanied me to make decisions. I felt that this was quite good as they gave me different ideas and took great care of me! As I'm the last member to go SOLO, I listened to a lot of their recommendations. They also alleviated many of my worries. A great thank you to them!
Q11: Lastly, why don't you say a few words to fans that love you and support you in China?
Chinese BLINKS, thank you for supporting me from afar! Thank you for being my motivation and energy! Please support me and love me a lot in the future too!!
