Hi i saw in their website that there’s an ongoing construction. How’s the noise?

I didn't hear any construction noise. The only noise that time was the generator. But nung nagka kuryente na, it was quiet naman :) The room that was given to me was the forest view, meron din kasi parking view.

Yes the rooms were clean, and senior-friendly naman since they have elevators :)
